The apartament has a potential to be good, but many things need to be improved.

Localization, bedroom with three beds for family.

It was really cold (13 degrees) for almost 24h, and no one was replying to me - I had to threaten them with contacting booking.com. I was trying to type and phone to three people (which were supposed to help us). When the technician came to us to help with the temperature he was probably high (he was probably smoking something before). He was talking really fast in italian to us, knowing that we don’t know the language. He did nothing - he just gave us the pilot to air conditioner, but it was still cold for the rest of the night - still 13 degrees! We were sleeping in the jackets. The apartament was dirty, the trash bin was broken, the thing to open the water in the shower was also broken. There wasnt any cleaning mop or towels for the floor or the vacuum.

Avoid, hosts are completely un professional

Hosts ignore you once you are checked in, they are super un professional and there was no running water in shower with nothing provided. We called several times with no answer, hosts ignored us completely on whats app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEH SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.xom

Clean and empty apartment

It was clean and good location

The staff did not respond in time to our requests and were not in handy Bad organised and we literally just found the apartment clean with the furniture Everything else was missing: even the soap to wash your hands!!! There was no food or beverage whatsoever Literally everything was missing. They never gave us bath towels and the stuff related. We were lucky there was at least ONE toilet paper

Horrible Places with Horrible People

NOTHING AT ALL

We did not like anything that happened at that apartment. They were hours late. Had horrible customer services. They even hung up on us when trying to reach them and the rooms and blankets were dirty. We also couldn't tour the city for how late they served us to our rooms they even took their time to get to the place and to let us in. They also didn't have any toiletries, parts of the room and bathroom were falling apart, and they had no remote control for the TV. Also hardly any air conditioning in one room. The door to the room has impossible to open and close by one person and the "garden" was unkempt. The place also had what seemed like garbage out front of the place .

Wouldn't book it again.

- There was no toilet paper (if you have a late check-in and people have to pay a fee - one should make sure that they have the basic ammenities) - The shades couldn't be brought down. This is very unrelaxing if you are at a new place and people can look into the appartement. - The shower is broken. It's hard to turn on and figure out how to shower. - The toilet seat is broken aswell (hard for kids to use the toilet this way). - It's written that there are two Rooms: This is not really true, since there is no door. We looked for an appartment with two Rooms as a Family. - Very high late booking fee - which wasn't mentioned in the description!

Everything was good, the staff was nice. Check-in and check-out was easy without any problems. The room was bigger than expected and it was nice and clean. Location was also great, next to the city center and train station.

The only bad thing was we couldn't use the air conditioner.

The place is nearby the main station. It was very comfortable, clean, spacious and bright (in the morning, the sun fills and brightens up the whole apartment!) The host was super nice and helpful :)

Superb

Host was very nice and helpful, we could leave our stuff in the apartment even before check-in. We were welcomed by his sister who was very nice and funny. Thumbs up for that! There was a supermarket nearby as well as the train station with good connection to the airport. We would definitely recommend this place.

We could not find out how the heating works and could not therefore set it up for heating during the night. It was a bit cold there in the morning. But maybe this is how it generally works in Italian housholds, who knows... But besides that everything was fine.

El espejo estaba en el suelo y todo lleno de humedades. Todo lleno de suciedad y telarañas con mosquitos.

Prenotato con tre giorni di anticipo, provo a contattare Rosa e Davide per organizzare il ritiro delle chiavi (come indicato) ma non ricevo alcuna risposta, fino alla mattina del check-in quando la signora mi accusa di essere insistente e maleducata invitandomi ad andare a dormire altrove. Peccato che la prenotazione non fosse rimborsabile. La signora inventa un pagamento di 20 euro in caso di check-in anticipato e sostiene che l'ingresso in casa fosse dalle ore 15,30 (tutto il contrario di quanto indicato sul sito). Arriviamo in appartamento e notiamo da subito la pulizia pressoché approssimativa: non c'è sapone di alcun tipo, non c'è carta igienica, non ci sono asciugamani.. niente di niente, tra l'altro anche il piano ad induzione non è funzionante e la richiesta dei due letti singoli rimasta totalmente inascoltata (tutt'ora risulta in attesa di conferma!). Esperienza PESSIMA.

Esperienza disastrosa: appartamento fatiscente, host irreperibili e menzogneri

purtroppo non c'è stato nulla di positivo in questo soggiorno.

Un appartamento che dalle foto sembrava eccezionale, ma nella realtà si è rivelato un incubo totale. L'edificio è trasandato, stanza senza un minimo di manutenzione: crepe sul soffitto e sui muri, tubi in bella vista, muffa nella doccia, lavandino pericolante, sporco ovunque su muri, mobili e pavimenti, non rispecchia affatto l'annuncio su Booking. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone, ma trovato solo 3 cuscini e zero asciugamani – ce li avrebbero portati "la sera" o "domani mattina", secondo il ragazzo che ci ha aperto. Il check-in, indicato alle 14:00 è stato un calvario: host irreperibili dal pomeriggio, con chiamate annullate e messaggi ignorati dopo le 15:30. Abbiamo vagato per ore con le valigie nel parco adiacente, perdendo un giorno intero di vacanza. Solo alle 17:00 una persona esterna (probabilmente custode o addetto pulizie) ci ha fatto entrare, scusandosi per l'inconveniente. Il pavimento era ancora bagnato – avevano passato il mocio due minuti prima, in modo approssimativo – e la "pulizia" era inesistente: lenzuola sporche e strappate, macchie ovunque. Dopo appena 20 minuti nell'appartamento abbiamo riconsegnato le chiavi e contattato Booking per cancellare e trovare un'altra sistemazione in centro. Oltre al danno (giorno perso, stress immenso), la beffa: richiesta di cancellazione gratuita respinta, con la scusa assurda che "abbiamo usato i servizi" e "ce ne siamo andati perché volevamo una stanza più grande". Falso: non volevamo una camera più grande, volevamo quella prenotata – che evidentemente non era quella dell'annuncio. Peccato che una struttura del genere sia su Booking: zero standard, assenza di piano antincendio, estintore o manutenzione minima. Host assenti e menzogneri. evitate a tutti i costi!

nicht buchen - Preis absolut nicht angemessen !!

Das Haus ist relativ nah am Bahnhof gelegen und es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt an der Straße. Wir konnten die Check-in Zeit spontan verschieben.

NICHT BUCHEN!!! Wir hatten drei Zimmer (12 Personen) insgesamt gebucht um zwei Nächte in Bologna zu verbringen. Leider haben wir wirklich keine gute Erfahrung mit den Gastgebern und der Unterkunft selbst gemacht! Die Räume waren Nachts (Mitte Oktober) eiskalt und es sind keine richtigen Decken vorhanden, die Bettwäsche war die ganze Zeit leicht feucht. Außerdem hatten wir nur 4 Handtücher. Nachdem wir uns diesbezüglich bei beiden Kontaktpersonen gemeldet haben, gab es keine Antwort von ihnen und auch im Nachhinein konnte kein Kontakt (Nachrichten/Telefon) hergestellt werden. Wir hatten keine Seife, zudem war kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Die Toilettensitze waren zum Teil komplett abgebrochen und die Dusche ist auch kaputt. Leider absolut nicht sein Geld wert und keine hilfsbereite Kommunikation - sehr schade!

Struttura non conforme alla descrizione e comunicazione molto difficile

Soggiorno deludente sotto molti aspetti. La comunicazione con la struttura è stata complicata fin dall’inizio: messaggi automatici via WhatsApp, informazioni poco chiare e continue richieste di costi aggiuntivi non richiesti (check-in anticipato, deposito bagagli, ecc.). All’orario concordato per il check-in non abbiamo trovato nessuno, e dopo vari tentativi di contatto è arrivata un’altra persona, non l’host indicato, che ci ha semplicemente consegnato le chiavi. La stanza non corrispondeva alla descrizione su Booking: mancavano asciugamani, sapone, prodotti da bagno, accappatoi e anche altri elementi dichiarati come presenti (tostapane, prodotti per la pulizia, stendibiancheria). ! Abbiamo segnalato subito la mancanza degli asciugamani – tra le tante cose, quella più fondamentale – ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto nulla, nonostante ripetuti solleciti. ! Siamo quindi stati costretti ad acquistare di tasca nostra asciugamani e altri articoli necessari per poter soggiornare. In bagno il dispenser del sapone era riempito d’acqua, il microonde non funzionava e c’era polvere sui mobili. Inoltre non ho visto estintori né piano di evacuazione visibile, come previsto dalle norme di sicurezza. Abbiamo segnalato più volte la situazione al gestore, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta né assistenza, nonostante numerosi messaggi e chiamate. La tassa di soggiorno è stata richiesta in contanti, senza ricevuta. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto negativa e non coerente con quanto pubblicizzato sul sito. Booking è stato contattato per segnalare la situazione.

STRUTTURA PESSIMA

La struttura non rispecchia le caratteristiche presenti nella descrizione. Mancavano asciugamani, coperte, kit igienici Le lenzuola erano usate e sporche e soprattutto la stanza non era pulita. Lo scarico del wc e il divano letto erano rotti. Inoltre le foto presenti illudono gli ospiti. Lo staff è scortese, maleducato e non disponibile e crede che possa prendere in giro le persone. Non sono rispettate le regole di Booking.

Esperienza pessima – struttura e gestione inaccettabili La nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata estremamente deludente e non all’altezza degli standard minimi che ci si aspetterebbe da un alloggio su Booking. Fin dall’inizio ci sono stati problemi seri, sia a livello organizzativo che igienico-sanitario. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato: * carta igienica completamente assente in entrambi gli appartamenti; * un cuscino mancante; * lenzuola sporche e mal ridotte; * coperte non sufficienti per tutti o in condizioni igieniche discutibili; * asciugamani non forniti per ogni ospite; * escrementi nelle aree esterne della struttura; * assenza totale di tende o tapparelle alle finestre, quindi nessuna privacy; * aria condizionata e riscaldamento non funzionanti in entrambe le camere; * rumori di roditori durante la notte, molto fastidiosi e inquietanti; * miscelatore della doccia rotto, che rendeva complicata la gestione dell’acqua. In aggiunta, il rapporto con gli host è stato estremamente negativo. Già prima dell’arrivo è stato difficile contattarli per avere informazioni chiare sul check-in. Una volta arrivate ci hanno messo più di un quarto d’ora a rispondere e ad aprirci. Poco dopo abbiamo segnalato le gravi mancanze (carta igienica, coperte, cuscini…)e ci era stato promesso un intervento che non è mai avvenuto. Dopo ripetuti tentativi di comunicazione, la risposta ricevuta è stata ancora più inaccettabile: ci hanno accusati di mentire o di voler inventare problemi per ottenere un rimborso (che, per inciso, non avevamo mai chiesto). Un comportamento poco professionale e irrispettoso, che peggiora ulteriormente l’esperienza. Strutture e host di questo tipo non dovrebbero essere presenti su una piattaforma seria come Booking. Sconsigliamo vivamente questo soggiorno.
