Greetings. I want to say that this hotel is extraordinary. I felt very good. The hotel's swimming pool is super cool, very clean and quite big. The apartments are a dream, very clean and spacious. And the beds (mattresses) are the most comfortable beds I've slept on. The bathroom is excellent, very clean and spacious. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is super tasty. You can eat both inside the hotel and outdoors. The hotel staff is very professional and kind.

This hotel came across as a bit of a facade as it all looks great on the surface but underneath it is not quite what it seems. The staff were courteous but not friendly or helpful as were offered no advice on what time breakfast breakfast was, wi fi code, any options of what to do in the area in terms of trips etc. I would have to say that the service was unprofessional overall given the size and quality of the hotel. We were served the wrong meal in the restaurant and the dishes arrived in a totally random order and cold. I can only put this down to bad management and lack of staff training including a lack of basic English. The breakfast choice was limited and rigidly enforced if you requested anything different.

A place worth visiting

The hospitality of the stuff and that they were really trying to make our stay really comfortable was touching. The facilities are brand new and really nice, the pool was clear and enough for the guests, the interior was really well arranged in the rooms and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

Great location with an excellent view. The food in the restaurant was very good, including the breakfast which was prepared on arrival. The hotel is a great value for the money, has a nice pool and lovely interior. The staff is very friendly and keen to help.

The dishes seem to differ slightly from day to day, but they were delicious nevertheless. The hotel seems to be just starting to operate, so the staff is a bit inexperienced but they compensate for that by being very friendly.

Посещението ни в хотела беше изключително приятно изживяване. Мястото е тихо и спокойно, идеално за пълноценна почивка, а чудесната гледка към язовира допринася за усещането за хармония и релакс. Персоналът беше изключително отзивчив, внимателен и любезен, без да бъде натрапчив или сервилен — точно както трябва. Останах с впечатление, че хотелът е съвсем нов и е отворил едва преди дни, а се оказа, че работи вече четири години — показател за това колко добре се поддържа и каква грижа се полага за детайлите. Навсякъде беше безупречно чисто, а ресторантът предлага вкусна, качествена и добре приготвена храна. Препоръчвам мястото на всеки, който търси спокойствие, природа и отлично обслужване. Бихме посетили отново с удоволствие!

Изумительно Волшебное место! Класс!

Волшебное место! В номере всё новое: отличная кровать, топовый матрас, белоснежное постельное — очень приятный хлопок или даже лучше; очень чисто и приятно; У каждого своё отдельное одеяло. Вид шикарный — горы и озеро! Причём расположение такое, что из большинства номеров открывается эта красота. Классная атмосфера в ресторане, еда хорошая, персонал очень старательный и приветливый. Нам очень понравилось!

Из минусов — несущественно и на оценку не влияет! немного шумный холодильник в номере, я просто выключил — и всё стало отлично. В душевой немного пахло котиками. Завтрак нормальный, но не шведский стол — мне было маловато.

Очень приветливый персонал, готовый помочь во всем - нам даже удалось зарядить свой электромобиль от розетки! Очень красивый вид, очень вкусные завтраки и очень комфортный номер. Мы остановились здесь на 1 ночь по дороге на Тасос и это было одним из лучших решений в этом путешествии.

Избрахме този хотел като отбивка за почивка със семеството на път за Гърция. Оказа се дори по-приятно, отколкото сме окачвали. Хотелът е тих и приятно обзаведен, стаите комфортни. Басейните бяха леко студени, но пък беше много чисти.

Toller Aufenthalt, nur Positives erlebt und komme gerne wieder, wenn ich in der Nähe bin! :)

Das Frühstück wurde individuell auf die Wünsche des Gasts zusammengestellt. Ich hatte ein paar Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl, es war gut und ausreichend! Die Lage ist toll, der Ausblick auf den Staudamm ebenso. Die frische Luft, die Ruhe und das geräumige Zimmer haben zum einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, waren auch engagiert mir mit anderen Themen zu helfen. Außerdem konnte ich die Sauna nutzen und einmal im Restaurant den gegrillten Fisch probieren, der hervorragend geschmeckt war! Eine tolle Hotelerfahrung und äußerst empfehlenswert!
