Fairly good overall.

The room was great — clean and beautiful. The hotel overall was nice. A big plus was the free use of the spa — very good! The staff were polite and helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t anything special. You could choose from six set menus. It could have been something more decent for the price they charge. Also, I ordered a double espresso, and because it was double, they charged me an extra 1 euro. It’s not about the amount — it’s the fact that a guest ordered a double espresso, and the money already paid couldn’t cover the extra shot of coffee? That’s ridiculous. The hotel lost a lot of points for that.

Attractive and modern

Good location. Large pleasant hotel. Traditional style, but modern and clean. Spacious, comfortable, double aspect room with balcony from which we had an excellent view of the electricity sub-station! Good parking. Good buffet breakfast which we enjoyed by the outdoor pool.

The hotel is on a split site with most of the rooms and parking on one side of the river and the reception and restaurant on the other. There is a covered bridge linking the two. We were not advised of this on booking and our Sat nav took us to the rooms' side. The signage here is very poor and it took us quite some time to discover the reception via a ridiculously circuitous route below the covered bridge! Some advance information regarding this would have been helpful.

Clean good size room. Nice location. Good view from the room.

There should have been some signs on the entry doors of the complex uphills that the reception is on the other way of the street across the river in some other hotel building. The inside pool water seemed cold and there weren't kids towels.

A bad joke

The room was clean and spacious, if you could find it... The breakfast was good and plenty, if you had the strength to walk from the hotel room to the breakfast area, cross the main road, cross a bridge above a river, find a bulding with no signs, turn left and walk in after asking the locals, then walk down a floor and there it is! Don't even think of going to your room after breakfast to brush your teeth or visit the toilet...

This hotel looks like a bad joke... The reception and the restaurant belongs to another hotel across the river, and pray to god that is not raining the day you arrive... I do not understand that this place is got a license to operate...

Ресторанта и храната в него към хотел Александър, провалят приятното изживяване на гостите.

Като цяло хотелът е страхотен. Стаята в която бяхме настанени, беше със хубава гледка.

При опит да се свържа със СПА центъра, телефона не работеше. Вечерта ме попитаха в ресторанта на хотела дали имам резервация за вечеря. Когато отговорих не , явно станахме неудобни. Храната, която си поръчахме ( крехки свински каренца на скара и крехки пилешк каренца на скара) , бяха всичко друго но не и крехки. Пържените картофи към тях съм сигурен, че и прасета няма да ги погледнат.

Чисти,големи и уютни стаи с всички удобства.Голяма баня с всичко необходимо.Ресторанта е отличен.Обслужването е много добро и вежливо.Басейна е с топла вода.

Единствен минус е,че няма фитнес.

Невероятно райско кътче.За хотел 3-звезди е много добре поддържан,чисто,удобно,голяма стая,голяма баня.Добра връзка със закритият и външен басейни.Усмихнат персонал,добър ресторант.Градчето е много чисто и красиво,с много,много цветя.В това място има някаква магия.

Всичко ми хареса.Винаги може да се подобри нещо.Казах някои идеи на персонала.Прекарах си чудесно.Не отивам на някое място,за да търся " кусури".Аз виждам само хубавите неща,дребни неуредици оставям на "вечно недоволните и мрънкащи" посетители.

За тези пари не е нормално минералната вода да се докарва 1 път в седмицата с Водоноска и да е студена................Солната стая се заплаща допълнително, ако има кой да ти я включи......

Ωραίο σπα και πολύ ευγενική η κοπέλα που έκανε το μασάζ. Βολική τοποθεσία. Άνετα δωμάτια.

Έλλειψης καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο. Καμία απολύτως ηχομόνωση. Άκουγες τα πάντα από τα διπλανά δωμάτια. Η βραδιά μου ήταν εφιαλτική λόγω του ζευγαριού του διπλανού δωματίου. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο μας δεν ήταν αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες της Booking αλλά κάποιο παλιότερο και όχι ανακαινισμένο με παλιά έπιπλα κτλ. Πολύ μέτριο πρωινό.

Уникална архитектура на целия комплекс. Добро спа. На рецепция са много любезни. Добре обзаведена и много чиста стая. Общите части и дори закрития мост са много чисти.

Най-разочароваща е храната и една възрастна сервитьорка в ресторанта. Храната на закуска е много оскъдна и ужасна. Кренвирши, ужасни колбаси, мазни мекици. Кафето е инстантно. Решихме на пробваме и вечеря на свободна консумация - ужасно, ужасно!!! И то за традиционни родопски ястия. Върнахме пълни чинии и даже не ни попитаха защо. Сервитьорката само мяташе чинии без дори да ни погледне.

Чудесна локация, собствен паркинг, стаите са чисти със собствена тераса. Закуската е обилна и разнообразна, ресторанта е чудесен- обстановка, храна и обслужване. Спа зоната също отговори на очакванията ни. Персонала е отзивчив и усмихнат
