It's hard to complain considering the low price I paid, but I would definitely not return there.

The location is good, with view of the river.

The breakfast starts at 08:15, which was late for me and the work I had to do. I asked kindly if I could have something ready at 08:00 but they said they couldn't help. The room was very cold when I checked in. The only heating in the entire house is with A/C, which is very bad if you don't like to sleep with a noisy A/C on top of your head. I also didn't like the bed and pillow which are too old and need to be changed with new ones. There was a noticeable bad smell in the room, which I feel is due to the old beds.

Bad smell in the room, the fridge has mold and smells awful, the floor was dirty, full of hair and dust, the curtains looked like they had never been washed with a verry bad smell. The bathroom is very small with no shower cubicle or curtain. There was hair and dirt in the floor drain and also hair in the sink. There is no parking, you are advised to leave the car on the street. Loud noise from the street and from the terrace, the windows do not insulate at all. We couldn't sleep because of the noise, laughter, music until 3 in the morning. There are 3 options for breakfast, we tried scrambled eggs and crepes. it didn't taste very fresh. The third option would have been french toast. The coffee instead was good: short expresso. Even for one night, we don't recommend because you cannot rest due to the loud noise and awful smell in the room.

Good option just near the old town of Zlatograd

The hotel or may be guest house is located really close to the old city of Zlatograd (3-4 min walking distance) and 10-15 min walking from the city centre. There is no dedicated parking but you can park on the street. Room is spacious, the mattress and pillows are fine and some of the rooms have a nice terrace. There is also a small fridge in the room. For breakfast you have a choice of several options - all three were delicious. I think that value for money is good.

The kitchen is just below the rooms and there is a sliding door to the staircase that you need to close every time you pass so you stop the smell from going up to the rooms. Rooms are spacious but definitely need renovation. The fridge had a strong smell of mold. The staff was friendly but all the time I had the feeling that we are kind of intruders and bother them.

Great location, delicious food, clean room, nice staff!

Perfect location, may be the best in Zlatograd, super friendly staff, especially Miroslava who was making the most delicious breakfast in the mornings! Thank you, Miroslava, you were very kind and nice. Other ladies were also very helpful and friendly. The room was small but comfortable, very clean and the bed was soo nice for rest.

The entrance for the room area was a little bit strangely located, it was something like behind the bar, but not exactly. However this is a very small detail which doesn’t change the whole perfect experience among these nice people.

Good

Good location, not too far from the ethnographic complex. All needs for a simple room to stay in were met. We enjoyed the balcony and the restaurant overlooking the river.
