We felt very welcome.

Very friendly host and his family. The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable, equiped with all needed. It is even equipped with some basic groceries like milk and pasta for cooking. The surroundings are full of opportunities for trips in the mountains and by the lake.

Just outstanding 😊

The house was situated in a small cozy town, calm with smiling and kind neighbors. The hosts were outstanding, kind and extremely service minded. We have two boys at 10 and 12 and there was a lot of space for them. Though it was a bit up in the mountains it was very easy to get around. We had our road bikes with us as well and the mountains around are just fantastic to ride and the roads of very good quality. Not the last time we visit the place.

Wonderful experience - absolutely recommended

What we liked the most was the warm welcome of the hosts as well as the cleanliness of the apartment. The owners are extremely friendly, flexible and kind, and all the essentials (and more) were there. The location is wonderful too, very close to Verbania being in the middle of the nature. We really enjoyed the stay. We felt like at home.

Good for people who like to walk outdoor and stay in an authentic italian house.

Two very large bedrooms on level 1 and 2, and a small third one. Each floor has a bathroom. Spacious stairwell in the house. The house has shutters on the windows, which is nice against the heat. You can take walks from the house in the Val Grande forest area. Washing machine in bathroom on base floor washes well and the second floor has washing lines. The beds slept fine, large bedrooms, no insects/mosquitos seen. The landlord is very friendly.

The kitchen is fine, the house is clean, only the sitting area in the living room is a bit small (compared to large bedrooms) with a small sofa to sit down. We used the kitchen table as place to sit. The description showed that there is no garden, yet we have missed an outdoor area because of the heat in our period (August). Drinking coffee is either indoor or on the balcony near the bedroom 1st (and 2nd) floor. We went walking outdoor or drive to a beach of lake Maggiore, a 15 minute drive. In the evening the street is busy in (free) parking, we found a parking place at the end of the street (dropp of luggage in front of the house is possible). All in all a spatious, clean home to stay (without outdoor garden), in an authentic italian street of village Cossogno, with 3 floors indoor and a complete equipment in kitchen and bathrooms. Forest walks start at the end of your street.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in altem Bergdorf

Extrem netter Vermieter, der uns mit einem Kuchen empfangen hat, uns während des Aufenthaltes Succhini, Gurken, Tomaten und frische Kräuter aus eigenem Anbau vorbeibrachte. Per whatsapp jederzeit innerhalb Minuten erreichbar um Fragen zu beantworten. Haus auf 3 Stockwerken mit Balkonen auf 2 Ebenen mit prächtiger Aussicht über Hügel und Wälder, simpel aber funktional eingerichtet. Besonders gut waren die 3 Bäder, so dass es nie Engpässe gab. Alles da was man braucht. Auch Basis-Zutaten wie Salz, Essig und Olivenöl. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Tücher wurden uns gestellt. Parkplatz wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Vermieter weigerte sich für weitere Person, die uns einige Tage besuchte und bei uns wohnte einen Zuschlag zu verlangen. Gelegen in wunderschönem alten Bergdorf mit Bar, kleinem Laden mit frischen lokalen Produkten und einem guten Restaurant. Mit Auto gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge, besonders empfehlen wir zum Baden den Lago Mergozzo. Vielen Dank für den perfekten Urlaub!

Wundervolle Gastgeber, perfektes Ferienhaus – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an unglaublich willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren so herzlich und aufmerksam – als Willkommensgeschenk stand am Abend sogar ein selbstgebackener Kuchen für uns bereit. Das Haus war in einem tadellosen Zustand, blitzsauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Besonders schön: Für die Ankunft war bereits alles Nötige da – ein kleines Starterpaket mit Nudeln, Tomatensauce, Olivenöl, Kaffee, Milch und Wasser hat uns den Einstieg sehr erleichtert. Auch an unseren Hund wurde gedacht: Es stand ein Napf mit frischem Wasser bereit – so aufmerksam! Wir waren mit zwei Kindern und Hund unterwegs und können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Es war einfach rundum perfekt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe location dans un superbe endroit.

Tout. La belle sympathie de l'accueil et du contact avec Guido et son fils durant nos 5 jours sur place. La maison de village est super, agréable, confortable, spacieuse, et bien suffisamment équipée pour notre groupe de 6 personnes. Le village est un petit écrin dans la nature, un peu (mais pas trop...) à l'écart de l'agitation touristique, avec 3 petits commerces de très belle qualité (épicerie, bar, et restaurant), et des habitants sympathiques qui saluent même les touristes! On quitte donc l'endroit avec beaucoup de regrets, et on sait déjà où nous logerons si nous retournons dans cette belle région du lac majeur! Merci encore Guido...

Toujours bien sûr possible d'améliorer encore l'aspect pratique en ajoutant une patère par ci, une étagère par là, ou quelques cintres en plus, mais c'est franchement et objectivement de l'ordre du tout petit détail!!

Della struttura mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto, a partire dalla pulizia e dall’ordine che non sono mai scontati. Una casa a tre piani in ottime condizioni che offriva tutto l’occorrente per passare giorni tranquilli.
