Perfect location, view, cleanliness.

Cleanliness, view, the penthouse apartment has a good layout, the sleeping area is separated by doors from the dining and living area.

Do yourself a favour and book a hotel, same price if not cheaper. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this place.

It was in a good area

Luxury apartment it is not even close. The air conditioner didn’t work I stayed for a week with 1 towel that I needed to wash myself or pay 10 euro for them to do it….. You could stay in. 4 star hotel in the area and have your linen changed every day for the same price. There was no view, Netflix is in their imagination..

It was August and air-conditioning was not working. I contacted the owner but got no response at all…

Incredibly comfortable place to stay.

Nearest trainstation is in pallanza, but its easier to take the ferry to laveno and take the train from there, and the ferry is in within walking distance, under ten minutes on foot. The ferry is also cheap. Parking space is fairly close, but the host gives instructions on the best parking options, but you cannot have your car parked at the free parking space on friday as there is a market on saturday. The nightlife is nice. The islands can be reached by the ferry as well, although it is a bit more expensive.

The closes train station in pallanza was difficult to get to, but another one in laveno can very easily be accessed by ferry Outdoor seating area only for two people.

I loved everything about my apartment and the location, close to everything, very secure, very clean and perfect! My next trip for sure I will book again here...

Verbania Luxury Apartments. My accommodation was not an apartment, luxury or otherwise. There were no cooking facilities, no space to prepare even cold food, no fridge. Number 9 is described as a Junior Suite. The term suite implies internationally a seating area and a dining area. Not here. This was a room with a bed, a tv, a kettle and a coffee maker. No wardrobe. There was no view of the lake or the square, only of the wall of the adjacent building less than two metres away. This was not what I thought I was paying for, and the deceptions are too numerous to be accidental.

Fresh and friendly rooms, comfy furniture, operational and clean equipment. Everything was nice and tidy, not felt the need to clean the flatware before using anything. All instructions provided via WhatsApp were very clear, easy to understand and left no questions open.

Situated in the old city center the flat is not easy to reach with lots of luggage. Parking a car in direct proximity might be difficult. You're lucky meeting an empty spot in less than 400m distance to unload/load, but free of charge parkings are available riverside in 1km distance.

Location was perfect. Right by the main piazza and still so quiet. Layout was superb although kitchen a little snug for more than one person. Beds were a bit squeaky and sleeper couch not that great. Otherwise it had all we needed and we’d definitely stay again if the price is right and also recommend it to others.

Modern Flat in on of the best areas

Nearly everything, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the host provided utilities for a baby and we were allowed to have a dog. The location is super central. Super tidy.

Given the preis and the approach to be in a luxury segment, the utilities from Ikea doesn’t match but in comparison to the other flats in that market, this one has really better taste despite Ikea stuff. Parking can be tricky due to lots of traffic but we knew the area well and the description provided by the host is precise.

Well equipped apartment, quite big and clean. Centrally located, check in and out were smooth.
