The apartment was centrally located, perfectly clean, had excellent airco and was a haven from the heat outside in this sweltering hot summer. Lesa is a really nice town on the lake Maggiore but also close to Lake Orta making it a perfect base to explore the surroundings. We enjoyed the excellent recommendations (restaurants, activities, etc.) of Elisa, our warm host. E we really recommend the apartment.

A very nice landlady. Very nice village. The flat stays fresh even when it's hot outside. The kitchen has got a kettle, a toaster and a microwave oven.
Unlike others, I did not find our appartment comfortable - it was the ground floor one. It deserves a bit of TLC. The single beds in the living room were old and deformed. The sofa too. We had one pillow each. The doors creak. And most of all, there were works in the house next door so we were awakened by the hammers of the workers and every conversation happening outside of the windows.
