Superb

Wonderful terrace with a view. Clean and well appointed. Kind hosts who met me there and even offered to take me to the supermarket as I didn't have a car. Excellent location- just round the corner from the station and 10 minutes walk to lake and supermarket. Dog friendly . Host provides an information folder with lots of details about the apartment.

Sofa bed was comfy but squeaked when I moved. Apartment was clean apart from a couple of items in the kitchen.

Many unexpected plus points

Alberto was a very nice host. Waited for me and explained the flat. Three beds are available(for up to four persons), which were comfortable. Free bikes(two), free access to a whirlpool, Dog friendly, Large private park,Big balcony, Quiet area. 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the train station I recommend

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Tolle und saubere Wohnung mit liebevoller Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Durch den angrenzenden Park ist es sehr ruhig und die Lage wirklich schön. Der Check-in/ und -out waren sehr flexibel und die Kommunikation mit Alberto dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

Als Schlafmöglichkeit gab es ein Schlafsofa. Bequem aber leider bei jeder Drehung durch die Federn sehr laut und dadurch für empfindliche Schläfer nicht ganz praktisch.

Bellissima esperienza

Cosa ci è piaciuto... Tutto!!! l'appartamento è bellissimo, dotato di qualsiasi comfort, pulitissimo con la terrazza molto grande e vista lago, il parco grande e comodissimo per chi come noi ha il cane, dotato di condizionatore e ventilatore a soffitto utile nei giorni più caldi. Siamo stati benissimo, la località di Lesa vicina a tutte le attrazioni da visitare come Stresa e Arona.

Manger sur la terrasse. La luminosité. La déco de la pièce de vie. Le parc. Les petits plus à l'arrivée : capsules de café, infusions, sopalin, serviettes papier...

L'aménagement de la cuisine qui pourrait être optimisé. Le linge de toilette un peu triste, draps en synthétique pour un lit.

Bon emplacement

Dans l'ensemble contente de ce logement, surtout de l'emplacement, la vue et la grande terrasse. Appartement bien équipé également et Alberto est rapidement intervenu quand nous avons eu un souci sans gravité avec l'électricité dans la cuisine.

Les petits points négatifs : - J'ai retiré pendant le séjour tous les tapis. Je ne trouve pas cela hygiénique, ils n'étaient pas tous propres ; - Nous étions les premiers loueurs de la saison et aurions apprécié que le salon de jardin qui était en encore en hivernage soit debâché et nettoyé car nous avons dû le faire nous même, vu qu'il faisait très beau ; - la terrasse également n'avait pas été balayée depuis longtemps ; - de même, étant les premiers depuis longtemps, l'eau des robinets s'est assez longtemps écoulée en orange et trouble. ; - j'avais choisi ce logement entre autres pour ses 3 lits ( réservation pour 1 adulte, et 2 enfants de 9 et 11 ans. Seulement 2 étaient faits. on a choisi au départ de rester comme cela pour les 5 nuits pour voir. Finalement avec du recul on aurait préféré avoir le 3e lit de fait mais on n'a pas voulu déranger Alberto pour les 2-3 nuits restantes. Bref, si les 3 lits avaient été faits dès le départ cela aurait été bien mieux. Nous avons réservé très tardivement : le mercredi pour le dimanche ce qui laissait peut-être peu de temps à Alberto pour s'organiser mais nous n'avons en tout cas pas été informés de ces petits inconvénients.

Un très bel endroit pour visiter les lacs.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout près de Stresa en particulier, et pour visiter le lac majeur plus généralement; il est très confortable, et très bien équipé ; la terrasse est vaste; sa banne, son mobilier, et la vue sur le lac sont un véritable plus pour l'appartement. Un bémol; le compteur électrique saute, si l'on fait fonctionner plusieurs plaques de cuisson, mais le propriétaire est très réactif, et une fois qu'on le sait, il suffit de s'organiser.

Lage ist gut, aber die Unterkunft und vorallem das Bett ist schrecklich.

Die Lage ist super, man ist in 5min am Bahnhif und in 10-15min am Strand und im Supermarkt. Check-in hat super funktioniert.

Das „Bett“ ist eine Katastrophe, wenn man das Sofa überhaupt Bett nennen kann. Es quietscht bei jeder Bewegung g Extrem laut und ist total durchgelegen. Es gibt nur eine Decke und trotz der kalten Temperaturen war es nur eine Art Leintuch, was definitiv zu kalt war.
