Villa Caterina by Impero House

The location of the Villa is amazing. Surely you need a car to be there as there is not even a single store in the village but it was not a problem for us. View from any window and any balcony is amazing! Pure gold! Perfect for chilling and relaxing couple of days by the lake. The photos attached are probably of two floors, as only half of them reflects how we were accommodated. This was the 5th Italian lake in this area and we were more than happy to spend these days in this amazing area. Communication with the owners/person responsible for service was ok. I recommend this place and hopee small flaws will be adjusted.

There were couple of small disappointments. Normally when we rent a house it is equipped in toiletries - this was not at all. Only towels. There was no shower gel and not even soap in the toilet. Not to mention to little toilet paper as for such amount of people and the length of our stay. Also normally we could find coffee and tea, sugar, ect. in the kitchen - here non of these. Especially that there is no shop nearby and we arrived late. These are easy and cheep to adjust but it depends on the owners. Also on 'double bed' was two separate ones put together, and these were two different beds so there was a wooden space between and different high.

Poussière non faite pour notre arrivée. Mobilier vétuste. Forte odeur d'évacuation dans la salle de bain. Manque important de couverts et verres. Pas de cafetière (alors que notée dans les équipements)....
