For shared use: natural state property with trees. 800 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Width of access road: 210 cm. Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Sangiano" 2.9 km, shingle beach 3 km, rocky beach 130 m (small), grass beach "Arolo" 1.4 km.
