For shared use: natural state property with trees. 800 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Width of access road: 210 cm. Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Sangiano" 2.9 km, shingle beach 3 km, rocky beach 130 m (small), grass beach "Arolo" 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Varese 17 km, Santa Caterina del Sasso 3 km, Angera 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The beach in approx. 130 m distance is a beach with rocks and stones. Access via a natural forest trail, partly steep.
