It needs upgrading

The location. It was an easy drive to the lake. It's a large house with plenty of space.

It was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty and the bathrooms had mould in places. Many of the lights were not working. We lost electrical power in the lower floor on our last day. In general it needs a significant investment to bring it up to the standards that are expected. It's as if no one really cares about the property or grounds.

We had a great family holiday saw some lovely places and enjoyed time with Italian relatives.

The villa was spacious and suited my family well, especially as we had a floor each! The views were beautiful and the location was good.

A few safety issues were that there were no bannisters on the stairs, the garden wasn't completely fenced and the gate outside had no catch. There was no microwave and one of the showers was cold apparently.

Vies en vuil gebrek aan onderhoud

Het lijkt of je huurt een losstaande woning maar dit is maar 1/2 Hierdoor moet je de parkeerplaats deel met andere in ons geval 5 auto’s 2 van ons en 3 van onze buren Je auto keren wordt dat een hele opgave De oprit verlaat is gevaarlijk je ziet het verkeer niet De basis zoals een microgolven was miet aanwezig Een gasoven deze was zo vuil dat ik deze niet veilig vond te gebruiken Gas kookplaat 4 bekken ( klein ) onmogelijk 4 potten of pannen op te plaatsen Voor een huisje waar je met 11 zou kunnen slapen Afzuiging ( damp kap ) geen afvoer naar buiten Gootsteen houden zijn water niet en kraan is lek Leefruimte schimmel onder de zetel Badkamer 1 verleng draad ( vast ) makkelijk in het bad te gooien tot onveilige Badkamer 2 wc bril stuk los Badkamer 3 muur verf valt van de muren Badkamer 4 hier ook problemen met wc bril Badkamer 5 onmogelijk recht te staan in het bad Algemeen badkamers schimmel vuil en vies Slaapkamer 1 , 2 ,3 ,4 ,5 basis oké Matrassen goed stel me toch de vraag wanneer deze het laatste van het bed geweest zijn onderkant bed en matras plus grond stof stof en nog eens stof Vliegenramen niet aanwezig of stuk ( levend opgegeten door de muggen) Klink achterdeur stuk gemaakt te maken met inbussleutel Wifi slecht bereikbaar en niet meer van deze tijd Stekkers in het huis Italiaans model ( kan ik nog begrijpen ) Lucht Ontvochtiger rook niet fris Tuin zeer klein Barbecue on onbereikbaar of je moet er eerst 1/2 dag aan poetsen Verlichting op meerdere plaatsen lampen stuk of zelfs niet aanwezig Poort toegang terrein automatisch, maar werkt niet met andere woorden, iedereen kan bij u auto’s Extra kosten Toeristenbelasting heel normaal € 105 voor gas, elektriciteit water voor een week??
