Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien situé.
L’appartement que nous avons loué à Stresa est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes du centre et à 5 minutes d’un supermarché, dans un quartier calme. Il dispose de deux jolis balcons offrant une petite mais agréable vue sur le lac. Tout est bien organisé, avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. La cuisine est bien équipée. L’hôte était toujours disponible.
Pour améliorer le confort, il serait appréciable d’avoir un ventilateur plus grand dans la chambre pour les jours de canicule. Il serait également pratique d’inclure la taxe de séjour dans le prix de l’appartement, car on n’a pas toujours d’argent liquide sur soi.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement.
Propreté de l'appartement, Une vue sur le lac Majeur de toutes les pièces. Endroit calme. Ascenseur. Instructions claires et anticipées pour récupérer les clés. Appartement situé non loin du centre ville et de la gare, attention cependant cela grimpe un peu de la gare à pied (d'où la vue).

Séjour très agréable pour découvrir le lac Majeure et ses environs.
Le logement est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville, au lac, à la gare et pour faire les courses. On a pu tout faire à pied sans avoir à prendre la voiture. C'est un vrai plus. Terrasse très agréable avec une petite vue sur le lac et la végétation luxuriante de la résidence et des jardins avoisinants.
L'insonorité de la résidence : on entend très bien les voisins Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable surtout pour 2 personnes.

Sehr, sehr hellhörig!!!! Keine Dichtungen in der Korridortür oder in den Fenstern! Man bekommt viel mit von der Nachbarschaft!
