It could be made so much better so easily with just a little care

The location, the safe parking, the balcony and just a clean modern apartment.

The apartment was still being cleaned at 3 pm on day of check in, there was no helpful advice of the area, just some leaflets downstairs, nothing to tell you about which WiFi to use, how to open the gate to get out. Other than the clothes horse outside there was nowhere to hang your towels, the tap in the kitchen needs fixing urgently as very loose, and why isn’t there a plug in the kitchen area? You get told you will be charged if you don’t sort your rubbish, but just one bag in the kitchen bin.

A clean and adequate room with a good location, nothing extraordinary.

The property was clean, the location was good (short walk to the city centre and the beach) and the free parking was well arranged.

There were no places to hang towels to dry even though there would've been plenty of room for towel racks in the bathroom. The kitchen faucet was barely attached and the fridge door didn't close properly. The air conditioning was not that efficient, it took around one day to reach a comfortable temperature. It would've been nice to get more than one set of towels per person for a week's stay. The instructions were to sort our trash to the provided bins but there was only a single trash can in the apartment. When we asked about this, the hosts seemed like they didn't know what we were talking about.

Guten Aufenthalt

Ein gutes Appartement ist komfortabel und sauber. Gute Klimatisierung. Parkplatz direkt im Hof des Hauses mit verschließbarem Tor.

Papierküchentücher, zusätzliche Müllbeutel, Shampoo und Duschgel müssen selbst gekauft werden.

La beauté et la fraicheur de la maison rénovée depuis peu… la maison a conservé le charme de la bâtisse ancienne et la modernité d un agencement contemporain. La cour qui permet de stationner la voiture

Très peu d ustensiles de cuisine…ampoule manquante…. une cafetière en très mauvaise état.

Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub, da Stresa und die Umgebung wunderschön ist.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Die Austattung war sehr unpraktisch. Im Bad gab es keine Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen bzw. anzuhängen. Als Sitzmöglickeit sind nur Hocker vorhanden. Die Küchenaustattung ist unzureichend. Es war nicht möglich am Fernsehen einen deutschen Sender einzustellen. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr ungepflegt. Es befinden sich rum um der Unterkunft Baustellen, die sehr früh anfangen zu arbeiten.

Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück hinter einem Tor.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch, so fehlt ein Schrank zum Auspacken der Koffer, fast keine Arbeitsfläche für Speisenzubereitung, Wasserkocher defekt.

Appartement idéalement situé, au calme, proche du centre de Stresa. Emplacement pour se garer en voiture.

Manque d'équipements: bouilloire, cafetière, petit alimentaire (sel, poivre, huile). Les photos mises sur l'annonce au moment de la réservation ne correspondaient pas à l'appartement loué (il s'agissait du second appartement de l'immeuble)Les photos ont été mises à jour peu avant notre arrivée.

L'emplacement de l'appartement. La cour sécurisée, le calme, la rénovation réussie du logement. Ideal pour les visites touristiques et l'ambiance italienne de la petite ville.

Il manque des porte manteaux ou supports pour les linges dans la salle de bains.
