A clean and adequate room with a good location, nothing extraordinary.
The property was clean, the location was good (short walk to the city centre and the beach) and the free parking was well arranged.
There were no places to hang towels to dry even though there would've been plenty of room for towel racks in the bathroom. The kitchen faucet was barely attached and the fridge door didn't close properly. The air conditioning was not that efficient, it took around one day to reach a comfortable temperature. It would've been nice to get more than one set of towels per person for a week's stay. The instructions were to sort our trash to the provided bins but there was only a single trash can in the apartment. When we asked about this, the hosts seemed like they didn't know what we were talking about.

It could be made so much better so easily with just a little care
The location, the safe parking, the balcony and just a clean modern apartment.
The apartment was still being cleaned at 3 pm on day of check in, there was no helpful advice of the area, just some leaflets downstairs, nothing to tell you about which WiFi to use, how to open the gate to get out. Other than the clothes horse outside there was nowhere to hang your towels, the tap in the kitchen needs fixing urgently as very loose, and why isn’t there a plug in the kitchen area? You get told you will be charged if you don’t sort your rubbish, but just one bag in the kitchen bin.
