Large, rustic single-family house "Pietro", 600 m a.s.l.. Above Stresa, in the hamlet Someraro 3.5 km from the centre of Stresa, 4 km from the lake. Private: terraced garden, 1'500 m2 with trees. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "stresa" 4 km, railway station "Stresa" 4 km, ferry "stresa" 5 km, pebble beach 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Baveno 5 km, Orta San Giulio 20 km. Hiking paths: Mottarone 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 17 km.
