The Fior apartment was very well appointed with modern facilities and the balcony had a superb view over the town and towards the lake. Just great to sit out and watch the evening light change. It is also close to the Stresa station and only a short walk down into the main town area. The bed was very comfortable and as the CONAD supermarket was right next door it was very easy to self cater using the available facilities. When I had an issue with a damaged bath towel the owner addressed it straight away. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 night stay in this apartment.
It would be better to receive the advice about check in arrangements 24 hours before the nominated check in time as if you are traveling to get to Stresa from a significant distance which I was it is a little unnerving not to know how you will access the apartment until less than one hour before check in. But it worked OK and I was able to check in smoothly when I arrived.

Zentral gelegen, leichtes einchecken mit tollen leicht verständlichen Fotoanweisungen, luftig mit 2 Balkonen, mitte des Aufenthaltes bekamen wir frische Handtücher und der Müll wurde entsorgt, parken entlang der Strasse und in der Umgebung gratis jetzt in der Vorsaison hat das super geklappt später wird das wahrscheinlich schwierig, Supermarkt gegenüber

L'alloggio è situato in un appartamento al terzo piano di un condominio tranquillo e silenzioso, a 5 minuti a piedi sia dal centro di Stresa sia dall'imbarco per la navigazione sul lago.
La camera è ampia, arredata con un piccolo ma comodo angolo cottura, un piccolo tavolo, un armadio, un comodo divano, una scrivania e la TV. Il letto è collocato proprio di fronte ad un'ampia vetrata che dà su un bel balcone da cui si vede il lago, nonostante davanti al condominio ci siano altri edifici. Il bagno è grande e comodo. Un alloggio veramente gradevole.
Nonostante le informazioni siano siate precise e puntuali e non ci sia stato nessun problema, io non amo il check-in e il check-out autonomo; preferisco incontrare e scambiare due parole con il gestore.

Bien situé par rapport à la gare et aux points d’intérêt. Une vue sur le lac et les montagnes même si on est pas en bordure du lac. Très agréable.
Aucun contact avec le personnel. Tout se fait par texto. Alors il faut être à l’aise.
L’accès est à 16h. Un peu plus tôt aurait été apprécié.
