Great stay in great location

Flat is huge and clean, very central and with a lake view! there's 2 bathrooms and there's all you need if you want to cook at home. there's a very nice terrace to enjoy weather and view! Plenty of space for parking off street and there's also a covered garage for 1 car. Host responsive and accommodating.

Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and there's no wi-fi

great location close to railway station with easy walk. Key box keys easy to use. Lift to second level very much appreciated. Great view of the lake which looks to be about to be built out with new buildings being constructed. Close to Centre of town and very close to great supermarket and lake cruises.

The windows are single glazed and the traffic is very heavy, causing the windows to vibrate. There are recycling bins under the property, which are emptied very early in the morning and constantly being filled during the day.

Great spacious stay!

Great location, spacious and clean! Host was very quick to respond and help us when we asked.

Sometimes the elevator didn’t work. It was abnormally hot the weekend we were there, and some of the fans didn’t work well. There were also lots of keys on the ring, we had to try each one to see which opened which door.

A little disappointed

Location near train, beaches and center of town was very nice. Apartment was large and price was fair.

Impossible to keep it cool and very uncomfortable sleeping. Was top floor of building and all heat rose up to that level. Kept shades down and windows closed all day and temperature inside still rose to 85F/30C despite being only 85 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Apartment was also lacking simple things like dish towels, extra garbage bags, a shower door and proper operating fans. In cooler weather it would be much nicer.

Stesa is so nice, lakeside, islands, our apartment gave lovely views of the mountains and lakes.

Loved having 2 terraces, sun or shade. Big apartment, lots of space. 2 bathrooms and free garage parking were great. The video of how to collect the keys, get into the apartment and garage were excellent.

The holder for the shower head in the larger bathroom was broken. This made having a shower strangely awkward. We couldn't get WiFi, at the back of the front door it said the code and password was with the router, we couldn't find the router. This made keeping in contact with Impero House impossible. There were a lot of keys to get in and out of the property. More than one set would be much appreciated. Some light bulbs didn't work, especially the one over the hob in the kitchen.

Disappointing

Large apartment. Good location. Nice balcony

Without an air conditioner the apartment is just too hot to the point that you simply can't stay in it in the hot summer days. the supplied fans are useless. During the night you either leave the windows open and cope with the mosquitoes or suffocate. There is no soap in the showers and bathroom, no sugar, no salt, no oil. You have to buy everything. In other apartments on our trip they provided all of those. The internet connection is very very slow. Not all the lights work. The elevator is very small. The parking is tiny. Everyone needs to get out of the car before parking and I had to fold the mirrors to get into the parking space. The apartment doesn't look as good as in the photos.

Apartment was large and well placed to the Railway station 200m and to the waterfront 300m

Bed in the lounge area was not comfortable - eventually the couple over 60 years had to put the bed on the floor to sleep properly - all the rooms were acceptable -- Also to little toilet paper supplied for 8 people over 2 nights

Convenient to lake, supermarket and town square. View of the lake and Alps was lovely. No complaints and highly recommend this property.

Unlocking the door of the apartment was tricky but the host provide an excellent video on how to access the property. Once you know the method, it was fine.

Stresa is a magical town, we loved the location and size of the apartment.

Excellent location, the apartment was big, spacious and clean.

Another set of keys is necessary, not enough cutlery, no bread board, and no towel racks in the bathrooms.

Bell appartement très bien situé pour visiter le lac Majeur

Très bel appartement, très lumineux. Terrasse très agréable. Parking sur place. Très bonne localisation, à deux pas du lac. Supermarché à quelques centaines de mètres, accès facile à pied à la ville de Stresa et aux départs de bateaux.

Beaucoup de bruit de circulation automobile côté rue. Il est dommage que l'équipement soit un peu négligé : pas de savon dans une des salles de bain, assiettes et couverts très bas de gamme, un seul torchon pour 4 personnes/3 jours, papier toilette de mauvaise qualité. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de wifi : certes le wifi n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce, mais il devient rare de trouver des logements qui ne le proposent pas.

Très Bon emplacement, hôte très serviable, garage sous l'immeuble très pratique, terrasse agréable Grand salon salle à manger très appréciable ainsi que la terrasse qui a une belle vue

Appartement avec pleins de problèmes, problème de chauffage, mauvaise fermeture des portes de meubles ,pas de pare douche, peu de vaisselle, casserole rayée , il demande le tri sélectif mais ne nous propose pas de récipient pour le faire, portes et fenêtres qui se ferment mal .Ménage des fenêtres très mal fait , fermeture garage très difficile Il faudrait rénover cet appartement

Ottima posizione dell'appartamento, curato, moderno e molto ampio. L'appartamento è enorme,ottimo per un soggiorno da 5 a più persone, ben curato e pulito. L'unica pecca per il ritiro chiavi. Essendo arrivata ad un tardo orario abbiamo avuto problemi con il ritiro chiavi e con la possibilità di contattare per risolvere il problema.

Ho avuto problemi per ritirare le chiavi. Nessuna disponibilità per risolvere il problema
