Very nice apartment with the best location

Very nice big apartment in two levels. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. The location is absolutely the best, you meet the lake going out from the apartment. Very near the ferry stop, across the road. Parking (paid certain hours) across the street as well.

The only thing is that the apartment is a bit dark, it says that it has a view, but no view at all. On the other hand, step outside and you see it all, the beautiful Lago Maggiore.

We had a great stay in Stresa at this apartment. It's location was excellent.

The location was excellent! It was close to everything in Stresa that we wanted to visit! Right across the street was the lake and ferry/boat access and visitor info.

The layout of the apartment was odd. We entered on the top level with our luggage and then had to carry it down narrow steps to the bedrooms. Daylight in the apartment was good, but there was no view from any of the windows. One step outside, however, the view was awesome.

For short stays avoid this place and go to an hotel

The location is good

It is unbelievable that the hotel asks to pay for the bed sheets and towel even for a 2-day stay. We did not noticed the message requesting bedsheets and when we got there there we were lucky that they could bring them. However we had to make our bedsheet which were stained with holes. Furthermore the facility announces two bathrooms but in reality is only one plus a toilet. The window face only walls and there is no light. On Sundays they ask you to leave at 10h

Lovely apartment in great location. Had everything we needed for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Kitchen well stocked. We cooked for 4 out of our 8 nights.

Super convenient Stresa apartment

The apartment is fantastic. Super close to the ferry port (literally just across the road) and convenient for lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The hosts were contactable and very responsive - especially when we got locked out due to a problem with the key to the main entrance and it was fixed within an hour. The apartment has all you need for a short stay (no washing machine but there's a laundry in town). We had a lovely time here.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the steep staircase down to the bedrooms and bathroom might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Deficit of parking lots, even not free, especially in weekends. Difficulty in taking care of garbage (no spare bags for sorting, small and smelly room for disposal). Wi-fi details were'nt available and the staff was not helpful enough.

If you have a car it’s fine as the key lock is in the next town. I had an expensive taxi ride to pick up the key. It would be great if the key safe was on site.

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum Stresy, na przeciwko przystani promowej i 15 minut pieszo od dworca kolejowego. Pół maraton Lago Maggiore kończył się praktycznie pod naszymi oknami :) W pobliżu dużo kawiarni i piękne widoki. Apartament bardzo przestronny, dobrze urządzony, niczego nam nie brakowało. Na duży plus czystość. Zaletą były trzy łazienki, w tym dwie z prysznicami. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny.

Mało intuicyjny system segregacji i wynoszenia śmieci. Mało wygodna rozkładana kanapa.

Прекрасное месторасположение около самого озера в центре старого города. 2 душа и 3 туалета. Отлично оборудованная кухня. Хозяин быстро отвечал на вопросы. В двух минутах пешком есть супермаркет и лодочная станция.

Хотелось бы добавить стиральную машину. На бесплатной стоянке было тяжело найти место, иногда приходилось ставить машину на платную стоянку.

Petit appartement sur deux étages, très bien situé, dans une petite ruelle très accessible en face du débarcadère des bateaux, à STRESA. Deux salles de toilettes, c’est pratique. Le stationnement ( payant) pour la voiture était juste en face, à la porte. En plein centre-ville, on est près des boutiques, des restaurants, de tout!

Une histoire qui a bien fini: il y a pas mal d’escaliers dans cet immeuble et ce fut un peu difficile de transporter les valises jusqu’à l’appartement en arrivant.( Nous voyageons pendant un mois, sous différents climats, alors nous avons une grosse valise, deux petites et des sacs). La veille du départ, seulement, je me suis aperçue qu’il y avait un ascenseur qui montait jusqu’à l’appartement! ( Comme cela ne nous avait pas été dit, je pensais que cet ascenseur se rendait ailleurs; je l’ai indiqué aux propriétaires qui en informeront les prochains clients)! Pour redescendre les valises, ce fut facile!

התקרה בקומה העליונה בשיפוע ובחלק מהמקומות צריך קצת יותר לשים לב. אם מישהו ישן בסלון נהיה צפוף....

Ottima posizione sul lungolago proprio di fronte all'imbarcadero per le isole borromee e a 2 passi dal centro pedonale. L'appartamento è spazioso e di recente restauro e nella cucina era presente l'essenziale (pentole/posate/tovaglie/lavaggio piatti/capsule lavastoviglie e caffè). inoltre è molto comodo poter chiedere ai gestori le lenzuola e la biancheria da bagno.

Nel complesso per due notti il soggiorno è stato buono.

La posizione è ottima, in centro e molto comoda, l'arredamento è nuovo e funzionale, tutto molto pulito.

Le camere in mansarda hanno i soffitti molto bassi e di conseguenza lo spazio è poco. Il parcheggio che era scritto privato e a pagamento in realtà non esiste.

דירה מתוקה ממש, מתאימה מאוד למשפחה . בקומה השניה יש שני חדרי שינה, אחד עם 3 מיטות יחיד והחדר השני עם מיטה זוגית ושירותים-מקלחת. החדר ילדים קרוב למדרגות אז צריך להזהר עם ילדים קטנים. יש שירותים-מקלחת נוספים בקומה השניה ועוד שירותים בקומה התחתונה. הדירה נמצאת ממש ליד התחנת מעבורות לאיים וליד הכיכר המרכזית. בקיצור הכל היה מצויין, המיקום והנוחות. צריך לשים לב שהמחיר לא כולל מגבות ואולי גם מצעים וצריך לבקש מראש

Weekend lungo con le amiche

Appartamento centrale a Stresa, proprio di fronte all'imbarcadero per le isole. Check in e check out in autonomia con cassetta di sicurezza e codice. Nuovo e pulitissimo con tutto l'occorrente x cucinare e mangiare in appartamento. Noi eravamo in 7 amiche e siamo state da Dio nonostante il tempo non sia stato clemente. Materassi e cuscini superlativi nelle camere superiori. Unica pecca il materasso basso e la rete un po' usurata del divano letto che ha provocato mal di schiena a 2 amiche. Altra piccola pecca: il riscaldamento, la zona giorno bella calda ma la zona letti e bagni superiori non riuscivamo a capire perché non funzionavano, i termosifoni erano gelati e non tanto la notte che eravamo sotto alle coperte ma al momento di fare la doccia un pochino di caldo avrebbe fatto piacere visto il tempo che abbiamo trovato. Nonostante questi 2 punti lo consiglio per la posizione, per la pulizia e per il rapporto qualità-prezzo e quando tornerò sul lago maggiore spero di trovarlo libero!

Die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Komplikationenslose Schlüsselübergabe bei An-und Abreise über Self-Check-In bzw.Check-Out. Schöne Raumaufteilung des Appartements. Für drei Personen genau richtig. Bad mit Fenster. Wäscheständer vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet;es war sogar Kaffee/Tee da (hatten wir für die ersten zwei Tage am Wochenende aber mitgebracht).

Es gab leider keine Garderobenhaken für Jacken; im Flur der Ferienwohnung wäre aber genug Platz dafür. Die Heizung ging leider nicht,was Ende Oktober an manchen Tagen schön gewesen wäre. Auf Nachfrage hieß es,dass die Klimaanlage auch warm machen würde,aber das hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben es dann dabei belassen.Mit der Heizung hätte man aber auch im Bad den Handtuchtrockner/Wärmer einschalten können.
