Would totally go back, amazing place

Gorgeous view, the dining room was much better and larger than imagined! Huge terrace. Beds are comfy, two bathrooms which is great. Kitchen well stocked with coffee capsules (thank you!)

Didn’t have any cleaning products (brooms, sponges, bin bags) or personal hygiene products (body wash etc). Many electrical sockets looked a bit unsafe

Disappointing

The view from the balcony was amazing.

The walk up to the property from the gates was very steep. The walk from the town centre was also quite steep. This should have been explained in the property details as this property would not be suitable for those with difficulty walking. The door handle to one of the bathrooms was missing, instead there was a hole in the door. There were no guidance notes in the property explaining how the lift system works. The electricity in the kitchen failed twice - the first time electricians came to replace a cable, the second time was on the penultimate day so we managed without. The shower curtthe one bathroom was very poor. The hot water was intermittent when taking a shower sometimes leaving you shivering other times scalding you. The blinds in the bedroom could not be closed if you wanted the windows open - as there was no air-conditioning you needed the windows open which meant that there was no way to block out the daylight in the morning.

Enjoyed Stresa, pity about the standard of the apartment.

The property looked very tired and needs updating. There was no one there to greet us and we had to go in search of the agents office to make payment. Although a short video was provided, it took us a bit of time to locate the correct building. Despite the great views, we would not stay there again unless some work is done to improve the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

The views are amazing, but furniture and amenities need to be updated

The view was AMAZING! Apartment was spacious, it was convenient to get the keys from the lockbox. There was nice big fridge, a lot of room to eat dinner inside or on the terrace. 2 bathrooms. We could use a baby cot for free, that was really nice.

The water was sometimes cold and in order to get hot water you need to turn on two taps. But nobody informed us about that before the trip so I had to find out about it after I tried to bathe my baby in the morning with cold water. So not really convenient with children. Also, the showerhead fell down from the wall 3 times. And there were ants crawling on the floor in every room, including bathroom. One bathroom didn't have wall hooks (or maybe it did - something broken and weirdlooking was on the wall). Bathrooms should have been cleaned better. There were large dark curtains that couldn't be removed entirely so they were hiding partly the amazing view from the living room. The photos on the webpage are old, there are actually colorful wallpapers in every room.

Wonderful views

Extremely nice terrace with incredible views of the lake. It was 15 min walking to the center. The whole apartment is big and very comfortable for 5 people.

The entrance is very steep for the last 50 meters. The main shower was a bit small and uncomfortable to use.

L'emplacement.

La prise de tête pour trouver un appartement fantome. Absence d'accueil après 17h, l'agence se defosse de l'installation des locataires en s'abritant derrière une vidéo qui était inaccessible a notre arrivée a 18h car nous n'avions pas de réseau. Nous avons galéré plus d'une heure a l'adresse indiquée qui correspond à un parc privé hébergeant de nombreuses copropriétés. Nous recherchions MIRALAGO ! Qui n'existe pas... Il aurait fallu préciser Résidence le Terrasses appartement 105 au 7eme étage.

VISTA TOP, IL RESTO FLOP

Abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione tramite Booking, check-in e check-out online, compresi di video spiegazione su come raggiungere l’appartamento, essendo in una zona non troppo comoda ma tranquilla ed in un bel contesto. Casa spaziosa, 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni (con doccia e vasca), riscaldamento centralizzato perciò sempre molto calda anche la notte nonostante si spengano i termosifoni. Vista spettacolare dal terrazzo.

Appartamento molto ma molto sporco, partendo dalla cucina sotto tutti i punti di vista, ante / lavastoviglie / forno e via dicendo (soprattutto piatti e bicchieri IMPROPONIBILI), abbiamo dovuto lavare per forza tutto prima dell’utilizzo e togliere caffè vecchio ormai solidificato dalla Moka. Stesso discorso per bagni (doccia e vasca inutilizzabili previa nostra pulizia) e camere piene di polvere, asciugamani e lenzuola macchiati… Arredamenti e infissi davvero troppo antichi e lasciati andare, con tende che tra poco si staccheranno dal rispettivo supporto. Altro lato negativo, fin dal primo momento abbiamo trovato cimici nelle lampade e in giro per tutta casa, anche nei letti. Appartamento con tanto potenziale al momento non sfruttato, soprattutto parlando di pulizia.

Bel appartement mais prestations insuffisantes

La vue magnifique de la terrasse. Les pièces de l'appartement très spacieuses.

- électricité dangereuse: prises absentes bouchées par un Scotch, prises défectueuses. Nous avons dû acheter une rallonge électrique pour nous éclairer. - débit de l'eau et eau chaude: impossible de prendre une douche si le lave vaisselle ou le lave linge fonctionne. Idem si quelqu'un d'autre se lave. Il n'y a tout simplement plus d'eau. - lit de la petite chambre non adapté - pas de volet pour la baie vitrée et rideaux trop petits pour la nuit - fenêtres anciennes qui ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir si les volets sont fermés. Dommage quand il fait chaud et qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. - vaisselle et matériel de cuisine ancien et en quantité très insuffisante.

Tolle Unterkunft mit mega Ausblick und kleinen Fehler

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind absolut mega! In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir hatten, auf Grund anderer Bewertungen, Töpfe, Besteck und Geschirr mit, es war aber alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sogar unter den Betten🧐 Bettwäsche und genügend Handtücher! Zwei Bäder sind vorhanden. Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine sind da und funktionieren auch👍die tolle Dachterrasse liegt zum Frühstück schön im Schatten. Der Blick ist atemberaubend.

Die Parksituation vor der Unterkunft ist teilweise etwas schwierig, wir hatten zwei Autos unterzubringen. Das Wasser tröpfelt nur spärlich, sowohl in der Dusche, als auch an den Waschbecken. Nur ein Schlüssel für 8 Personen, das ist sehr schlecht, da man ja unterschiedlich nach Hause kommt🤷‍♀️ Die Matratzen haben keine Schoner und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden🤢sind nicht lecker anzuschauen wenn das Leintuch weg ist😅 Auch der Duschvorhang samt Aufhängung gehören ausgetauscht!

Utsikten var fantastisk

Väldigt slitet och sunkigt. Låg jättelångt upp i en brant backe så svårt att ta sig dit. Fanns nästan ingenting i köket i form av bestick, tallrikar, glas, fat etc. Vi var 8 personer och det fanns inte bestick till alla.

Solo la terrazza con vista sulle Isole Borromee.

Tutto il resto, arredamento scadente, persiane vecchissime, prese di corrente da baraccati (alcune a rischio), bagni senza le minime condizioni per un corretto uso, pulizia scadente, 3 ° letto della camerina piccola che non stava su . Una societa' come Booking ,che utilizzo da tempo per prenotazioni, non puo' avere in offerta locazioni cosi' scadenti quindi invitare i gestori a mettere in atto tutte le opere di miglioria necessarie. La prossima volta mi fidero' di meno e cerchero' piu'recensioni.

Stresa - Golf spielen und geniessen!

Schöne, grosse und helle Zimmer. Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht über die borromäischen Inseln und in die Gebirge im Hintergrund. Dass die Wohnung mit einer Nespresso-Maschine ausgestattet ist, hat uns sehr erfreut.

Die Ausstattung - insbesondere in der Küche (alte Pfannen, kaputtes Essgeschirr, Blech-Besteck) - ist sehr bescheiden und qualitativ unpassend.

Die Ausstattung in der Whng zweckmäßig aber ist mehr wie in die Jahre gekommen Die Küche war leider nicht sauber…. Die Elektrik / Steckdosen in der Whng schadhaft Bei der gleichzeitigen Benutzung des Backofen u Spülmaschine gingen die Sicherung raus nachts die Sicherungsautomaten im Keller suchen war umständlich
