Amazing villa in lake Majoree
Really nice place amazing views of lake Majoree. Great location. And all the villa is really comfortable.
The lady which took care of us doesn't speak English almost at all which was hard to communicate. Got angry at us for trying to come to her with electric break. Would be nice to have more towel and directions to the place carpark wasn't correct

It was good equiped apartment with very nice view.
One of the double bed was too small. It is really a pitty to make such a nice new and big apartment and to put so small bed there. Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Le parking est utile. la terrasse du 1er étage offre une belle visibilité du lac et des iles.
L'accès est restreint avec une pente très raide. Pas de possibilité de croisement avec un autre véhicule : il n'y a pas de précision sur la possibilité d'utiliser le chemin caillouteux pour le parking en bas de la pente. Aucune information sur ce sujet fournie. Aucun contact humain, uniquement des envois électroniques. Heureusement qu'un autre locataire nous a renseigné. Beaucoup de carences dans le logement : l'électricité (un éclairage limité, ampoules manquantes ou défaillantes dans le salon, 1 seule prise de courant pour 4 appareils électroménagers dans la cuisine, (particularité: le format des prises de courant ne permet pas d'utiliser les appareils). la plaque induction ne semble pas fonctionner avec les ustensiles de cuisine. pas de torchon. pas de lampe de chevet pour le canapé lit. la rentabilité économique semble l'intérêt majeur au détriment de la qualité de service pratique attendue. les documents fournis (plan) ne mentionnent pas une 2e salle de bain. dommage car l'emplacement est bien situé.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und wollen gerne wieder kommen.
Der Ausblick ist super. Auf der Terrasse oder dem Wintergarten-Zimmer sitzen auf den Lago schauen ist perfekt. Die Zufahrt ist steil und bei Nässe rutschig, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Durch die Hanglage werden sich Geheingeschränkte schwer tun. Wir haben die Lage als Tagessport gesehen und uns seht wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zu fünft und die Größe war perfekt.
Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten, mit denen wir gut klar kamen. Ein Pool wäre schön gewesen.

Mooie villa op een mooie locatie voor een kort verblijf aan het mooi lago maggiore
Schone en ruime villa, met een mooi uitzicht.
Erg gehorig met de bovenburen. Een paar tips voor de eigenaar, plaats nog een deur of extra wand bij de douche. Hadden soms best wel last van water wat er na het douchen buiten de douche lag. En viltjes onder de stoelen, dan heb je al minder last van geluidsoverlast van de bovenburen. Verder was alles perfect
