Amazing location, extremely central and very friendly and responsive host
The kitchen is quite small and hard to use if you want to cook and the air conditioning is not strong enough to cool the flat.

Great location.
There were 3 of us staying, so used the sofa bed, but still felt roomy enough for the week.
Facilities worked well for us, giving the flexibility to cook our own meals on a couple of nights and the outside area was useful to relax after a busy day.
Great restaurant beneath the apartment, well worth a couple of visits 😁.
Would also recommend Bar Moka round the corner!
Responsiveness of Francesco was excellent when we had a couple of issues.
Air conditioning broke down a couple of times during our week but we can’t fault Francesco’s quick communication and resolution.

Die Lage war perfekt. Wir haben jedes Mal direkt einen Parkplatz vor der Tür gefunden für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind war die Ferienwohnung optimal. Alles, was man braucht, war direkt in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war außerdem super nett, hilfsbereit und hat uns einen guten Tipp gegeben, wo man schön im See schwimmen kann - nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt :)
Eine Spülmaschine wäre natürlich toll gewesen, aber es ist auch nicht dramatisch, mal ein paar Tage die Frühstücksteller zu spülen 😄
Ja, man hört das Restaurant abends, aber wirklich nicht extrem und um 23:00 Uhr war die Musik immer aus.

Confortable place with great location. Near the pier where you get the boats to go to the islands. Fairly close to the train station. The host was great. Amenities were good.
The stove was a little small for that flat. Consider renting a bigger unit if you intent to prepare meals or is travelling with kids.
