The location is good, not far from the old town centre and ferry to the islands. Very beautiful view of the lake from the balcony and living room. The appartment was spacious and warm. The bathroom is very big and there is a washing machine. The beds were comfortable enough.
The appartment is not very cosy, there are no drapes or carpets so the acoustic is very loud. The appartment could do with some renovation-works, especially the kitchen. Also the staircase outside could be a problem to people with limited physical abilities.

Large and comfortable apartment. An amazing view of the lake. Very close to the ferry boats terminal. Extremely comfortable beds. Large terrace. Safe and secure appartment.

Good location and good views
Bed and pillows were terrible. The bed is hard but the worst thing is that it sinks in towards the middle. It caused us both to have sore backs and unfortunately we were booked for 3 nights so it got worse. The pillows are also very hard although we eventually found softer ones in the kids’ bedroom.
Further, there is impact noise from the apartment upstairs. The occupier of that apartment appears to suffer from insomnia because they are up and walking around all night. You hear every footfall they make because of the very hard floors everywhere - upstairs and also in this apartment.
In summary, if you want a good bed and a restful night’s sleep then this is probably not the place for you, even if the views are good.
The property had a washing machine advertised, which was in part why we chose it. However the washing machine was not working and, in addition, it appeared clear that it has not been working for some time. We have reported it to Hotel Meeting and they said they would get it fixed immediately after we left. So if it is not working, then ask for some money back. We got no offer of a part refund and only a feint apology.
Previous reviewers have commented on the lack of attention to small details. For us the biggest problem is that we only found about two power points in the whole apartment which worked - one in the kitchen and one in the hall, although the hall plug has all the wiring hanging out and charges phones slowly for example. The electrical situation in the property appears dangerous and needs fixing.
The two bedrooms face onto the internal lift corridor and are very dark due to having to keep window shutters locked down for security reasons.
