Great location very convenient for everything.
Check in was confusing, trash disposal was difficult and neighbor weren’t very hospitable to travelers.

Good location in quiet residential area about 15 min walk to the shore and the main town centre. Decor was pleasant. Check in was easy and well explained, and the managing agents communicated well and were helpful where they could be (e.g. delivered extra linen the next day so people sleeping in the double bed did not need to share the one sheet!).
This pretty property was let down by some basic lack of maintenance and what felt like cost cutting, which if addressed would make it far more enjoyable to stay in: The WiFi was a weak underpowered cellular dongle that offered less than 3Mbps. My phone could pull 70, so this was just poor of the host to put in such a cheap solution. There was no microwave, and NO IRON or ironing board. The filters of the one AC unit in the hallway had never been cleaned so it was only working at about 40% of its capacity. The AC struggled to cool the bedrooms as it simply doesn’t reach from the hallway to the bedrooms. The blackout blind in the garden facing room was broken and the ‘blackout’ curtains were thin and ineffective at blocking the sun or the heat (see picture). The bathroom lacked an extractor and the paint above the window was peeling from the moisture buildup. The kitchen door was dragging on the floor and needed adjusting to open/close. The sofa in the living room was sagging whenever you sat on it. These are all simple things to fix - otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
