Amazing apartment with outstanding view

This was one of the most beautiful apartments we've ever stayed in. With a magnificent view of Lago Maggiore from the living room and one of the bedrooms and a very nice view towards the perfectly curated back gardens, it was spotlessly clean, very nicely and tastefully decorated and perfectly appointed with anything we needed for our stay and more. The beds were super comfortable, we enjoyed a very good night sleep, the neighborhood nice and quiet, only 15 minutes to the center by foot. We found ample free parking, the instructions for retrieving the keys from the box were precise and clear and enjoyed very good communication with the management team. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Amazing stay perfect property thank you!

The property is stunning everything is just so with everything that you’d expect from a professional let. Check in was easy, the property is nearby to local pizza restaurant and local shop and about 10 mins walk to the promenade- great location. We are a young family and the kids loved it (3&6)- Netflix log in and WiFi was a plus! Also an excellent play park at the promenade which kept them busy every day without fail!!

Pretty but needs basic maintenance and some investment to live up to the decor.

Good location in quiet residential area about 15 min walk to the shore and the main town centre. Decor was pleasant. Check in was easy and well explained, and the managing agents communicated well and were helpful where they could be (e.g. delivered extra linen the next day so people sleeping in the double bed did not need to share the one sheet!).

This pretty property was let down by some basic lack of maintenance and what felt like cost cutting, which if addressed would make it far more enjoyable to stay in: The WiFi was a weak underpowered cellular dongle that offered less than 3Mbps. My phone could pull 70, so this was just poor of the host to put in such a cheap solution. There was no microwave, and NO IRON or ironing board. The filters of the one AC unit in the hallway had never been cleaned so it was only working at about 40% of its capacity. The AC struggled to cool the bedrooms as it simply doesn’t reach from the hallway to the bedrooms. The blackout blind in the garden facing room was broken and the ‘blackout’ curtains were thin and ineffective at blocking the sun or the heat (see picture). The bathroom lacked an extractor and the paint above the window was peeling from the moisture buildup. The kitchen door was dragging on the floor and needed adjusting to open/close. The sofa in the living room was sagging whenever you sat on it. These are all simple things to fix - otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

We had a lovely stay in Stresa.

The location was great, but not right on the lakefront. We had a car so it did not matter for us. The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. Very near a supermarket, and we had parking on the street in front of the apartment.

The wifi could have been better, and various instructions such as garbage collection and the wifi password should have been communicated better. We do not live in a European country and did not know when to take out the garbage, and how it all works!!! As I said, communication would have sorted it all out.

the location was superb and the apartment is spacious, bright and nicely decorated. the view of the lake from the window was fantastic. we liked the layout of the rooms and the details. we found everything we needed. also, the street where the apartment is located is nice and quiet but still walking distance from the town . the host communicated in timely manner and let us have the key promptly at our arrival.

the cooker was a bit temperamental

Quiet Luxus Apartment with Panoramic Lake View in Stresa City

The apartment is very well located in the town centre of Stresa - 3 minutes walk from the Lago Maggiore and coffees/restaurants. The apartment is located in a very calm street. It is on the 3rd floor - with 2 large balcony in the bedrooms and the kitchen. The panoramic lake view from one bedroom and dining room is amazing! The apartment is very comfortable and well designed. The heating is working very well. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, espresso machine, tea boiler and all you need for cooking. This apartment has also a fast WiFi. The apartment was very clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated. The agency Impero House was friendly and professional.

Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this apartment for people who want to have a nice and quiet holiday in Stresa City.

Comodo e piacevolissimo

L’appartamento è molto comodo, camere e bagno spaziosi. Tutto pulitissimo. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia e due bambini piccoli e gli spazi sono perfetti. Le istruzioni di accesso e i contatti con l’host sono stati molto chiari. La vista lago dalla sala da pranzo toglie il fiato.

Siamo stati benissimo, l’unica cosa che in effetti manca è il tostapane, un microonde e le presine.
