Beautiful views, amazing location. Too hot

Amazing location and gorgeous views

We visited when it was very hot and there's no air con and just one fan. We'd have benefitted from a guest book with some instructions, we couldn't find how to shut the blind and there's no curtains

The kitchen and the backyard are wonderful.

This property is right on the busy street. It is very very noisy day and night. We could hardly sleep. I even went to my friend's place to take a nap. It turned out to be a miserable experience for us.We booked for seven days and checked out on the third day morning. But we didn't receive any refund.

We would highly recommend this apartment.

The location is absolutely stunning. The courtyard garden was simply lovely - cool and beautiful kept garden. The apartment was bigger than we were expecting. The lounge seats were very comfortable. The location was quiet and the views out of the windows were fantastic. Gaining access to the apartment was made simple by the owners when we had to arrive late.

The second bedroom single beds were not comfortable for one of our adults. The single beds were a temporary type of bed so they were a bit flimsy. (the main bedroom was great) It was great that people recycle but the apartment needs to supply the necessary bins to make sorting waste feasible for visitors.

Fantastic location, just in front of the lake and very close to the center of the town as well as to the pier for the Borromei islands. Comfortable apartment, with nice garden/terrace at the back

Great location, spacious apartment with great views. Good place to stay with a family.

On arrival we had some issues with the heating - but this was very quickly resolved by the host. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Superb

The property was in an excellent location within two minutes walk of both the ferry terminal and the centre of Town. Stresa is a charming town - unspoilt and full of lovely shops and restaurants. There is a train station nearby and the ferry is a fabulous way of getting round Lake Maggiore, with its' Islands and mainland stops. We did a great trip by train into Switzerland and back via ferry. A lovely day out. There was plenty to do and we loved our week. The outside sitting area at the rear of the property was lovely, with an abundance of potted herbs and shrubs.

The second bedroom was very small with no chest of drawers and hardly any hanging space. The balcony was a huge disappointment as there was barely enough room for two chairs. It was quite noisy at night.

Mooi appartement, centraal gelegen met prachtig uitzicht en fijne tuin. Geschikt voor gezin. Kinderbedje stond klaar. Prima keuken

De douchecabine lekt aan de zijkant, waardoor de vloer van de badkamer helemaal nat wordt. In de keuken lagen er wel nespresso cups, maar was er een filterapparaat, dat is verwarrend.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter îles Boromées et très proche du centre ville.

Salle de bain très vetuste, Rue très bruyante car trafic routier important donc sans climatisation et fenêtre fermée difficile de dormir (malgré une bonne literie)d'autant plus que c'est du simple vitrage.

Het appartement is verder prima. De ligging en het uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore is erg mooi.

Perfecte ligging in een erg mooi en authentiek appartement, overal dichtbij.

Er waren nogal wat gebreken. De bedden in de kleine kamer lagen slecht. De schermen van de douchecabine gaan slecht dicht en kunnen er makkelijk uitvallen en dat is bovendien gevaarlijk. Ook waren ze erg smerig aan de onderkant. De toiletpot in de blauwe kamer zit los. De afzuigkap in de keuken heeft geen afvoer naar buiten. Het matras van het tweepersoonsbed bleek na afhalen van de lakens en molton toch ook vieze vlekken te hebben.

Byliśmy szczęśliwi, że mogliśmy mieszkać w takim miejscu.

Lokalizacja blisko przystani promowej, dzięki czemu z łatwością można było realizować zaplanowane wycieczki do różnych miejsc wokół jeziora. Apartament znajduje się także blisko centrum miasta z licznymi kawiarniami i restauracjami, niedaleko też do sklepu Carrefour. Z okna cudowny widok na jezioro. Apartament przestronny, duży, z wewnętrznym kameralnym patio z dala od zgiełku ulicy, Niczego nam nie brakowało. Wszędzie bardzo czysto.

Początkowo dokuczał nocny hałas z ulicy, ale później już się przyzwyczailiśmy.

Bel emplacement mais l'appartement mériterait d'être renové.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé pour accéder aux bateaux pour les visites. Belle vue sur le lac. Salle à manger donnant sur un petit jardin agréable.

Les chambres donnent sur une rue passante et sont mal isolées . La chambre comportant 2 lits est trop petite , en fait un deuxième lit à été ajouté et de plus les volets laissent passer la lumière. TOUTES les portes de l'appartement sont vitrées et ce n'est pas agréable . La télévision est minuscule dans un grand salon.
