La localisation est idéale pour profiter d’une vue fantastique sur le lac. L’appartement est très bien équipé pour accueillir une famille comme la nôtre avec un bébé. Le personnel est disponible et très sympathique.

Belle vue sur le lac majeur , Maison avec 4 logements sur les hauteurs de Stresa Appartement spacieux et confortable et bien équipé ++ Nous , à l étage, escaliers extérieur derrière la maison Un sympathique balcon face au lac Endroit Très propre Un panier pour le petit déjeuner en attendant nos courses + bouteilles d 'eau au frigo Place de parking dans la propriété .
Manque de chaleur humaine 😏😏😥 Encore des boîtes à chiffres pour récupérer les clefs de notre location vacances et communication par whatsapp . Mais Bon !! 😏 va le monde de maintenant ☹️ Sinon réponse de suite

Ein erholsamer/relaxter Urlaub in einer ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter See-/Bergsicht.
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand mit einer modernen und zweckmässigen Ausstattung wie Einbauküchenzeile mit den wichtigsten Geräten wie Herd/Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Kaffeemaschine, Heisswasserbereiter, Sandwichmaker, usw. Im Flur befindet sich eine zentrale Klimaanlage, die ausreichend Performance hatte um die gesamte Wohnung schön kühl zu halten - Raumklima war super! Die Fenster sind recht neu und haben einen guten Standard, wie man es auch in Deutschland kennt. ( Isolierglas mit guter Geräuschdämmung ) Hinter dem Haus ist eine Entsorgungsstation, wo man den Müll ( Glas, Plastik, Papier, Windeln, Papier, Bio ) getrennt entsorgen kann. Der Restmüll kommt in einen speziellen Restmüll-Abfallsack! Der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus und man hatte ausreichend Platz und Abstsnd zu den anderen Fahrzeugen links/rechts. Der Parplatz war gut erkennbar mit INDIA gekennzeichnet. Die Besitzerin/Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich, gibt gute Tipps und kann sehr gut Deutsch sprechen.
Der Balkon vor den Zimmern sollte 1 Meter tiefer sein, dann hätte man sich als vierköpfige Familie nach draußen setzen können, um gemeinsam zu essen, spielen und schwätzen. Zwar wurde in den Booking.com- Informationen über einen Fußweg und Treppen von der Ferienwohnung zum Zentrum/Promenade/Innenstadt berichtet, aber die Nutzung ist schon erschwert weil die Treppenstufen unterschiedliche Stufenhöhen haben, die Wege sehr steil/abschüssig angelegt sind und teilweise direkt auf den Straßen einmünden. Also nichts für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und auch nicht für ältere Personen oder Menschen mit Handicaps!

Bellissima struttura con un bel giardino e vista meravigliosa. Tutto molto curato e pulitissimo. La proprietaria sempre attenta che tutto fosse in ordine e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Siamo stati veramente benissimo! Grazie!

Ein traumhaftes Plätzchen am Lago Maggiore!
Die Wohnung hat einen super tollen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit ist Signora Brunati, es ist eine Freude, sie zu treffen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war super, Wohnung war schön groß. Waschmaschine, Tiefkühler, Mikrowelle - alles da. Super sichere Tür. Einkaufen im Ort jeden Tag, auch am Wochenende möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
Wenn andere Familien in den anderen Wohnungen sind, ist es leider etwas hellhörig. Ansonsten gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen.
