Nice simple and quiet place.

The place is a little away from city center and therefore calm. 9 minutes walk from Carciano where you can take the boats to the Islands. Landlord was uncomplicated and welcoming and the place fits very well the price if you don't expect luxury. Loved to stay there, anytime again.

Not recommended for elderly people.

Pratique pour se rendre aux îles Borromées

Proche des îles Borromées Cuisine fonctionnelle et moderne. Décoration de l’appartement et Sympathique petite attention ( pour petit déjeuner: biscottes , croissants, confiture, dosettes café et thé à disposition)

Pour trouver, de nuit pas simple …au fond d une ruelle , conseil : y aller à pied Accès par escalier extérieur, au 1 er étage .

Très bien situé, emplacement au calme. Des hôtes très réactifs car j’ai dû réserver au dernier moment. DES petites attentions, boissons, encas, produits de toilette. Tout était parfait. Je recommande +++👍🏻❤️

Piccola ma confortevole stanza indipendente a due passi dal lago Maggiore

Stanza con ingresso indipendente a due passi dal lago Maggiore e dal Centro di Stresa. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il lago ed il centro anche a piedi, il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel darci indicazioni e ha lasciato in stanza tutto il necessario per la colazione. Bagno piccolo ma confortevole e pulito. Consigliato!!

Une chambre pratique et bon prix pour une nuit à Stresa

Les instructions pour trouver l’emplacement de la chambre étaient très claires. Très bonnes communications avec l’hôte également, La chambre était propre, plutôt bien disposée malgré le peu d’espace.

L’annonce est commune pour un appartement et une chambre, qu’il faudrait peut-être dissocié pour éviter tout déconvenue pour des gens cherchant un grand espace de vie, Peu de pression dans la douche (pas facile pour se laver les cheveux longs) Manque d’insonorisation avec l’étage supérieur et l’extérieur, À noter : se trouve à 25 minutes à pied du quartier animé de Stresa,

Camera pulita, disponibilità e cortesia dell'ospite

Cominciamo col dire che la struttura offre due soluzioni per l'accoglienza, una camera ed un appartamento, che sono pubblicizzate sulla stessa pagina e con lo stesso indicativo nel nome: Tulip Apartment e Tulip Room. Quest'ultima peculiarità è risultata fuorviante al momento della prenotazione e spieghiamo perché: quando abbiamo selezionato per prenotare 4 notti, poiché l'appartamento non era disponibile per tutto il periodo, siamo stati switchati sulla camera matrimoniale, senza accorgercene. Non vi è dubbio che ciò sia da addebitare ad un nostro calo di attenzione, ma, dalle recensioni espresse, pare che l'errore sia abbastanza comune. Il risultato è stato aver dovuto usufruire di un piccolissima camera, con soffitto alto 2 metri, ricavata probabilmente da una cantina, con annesso piccolo bagno privo di bidet. La camera è priva di armadi e comodini causa esiguità dello spazio: ci sono alcune mensole a giorno, la TV ed un piccolo frigorifero. Nel complesso, la sistemazione è parecchio risicata, nonostante il meteo favorevole ci abbia consentito di viverla solo per dormire. Ovviamente, quella che doveva essere una vacanza in quasi autosufficienza, grazie alla presenza della cucina, è stata rivoluzionata per fare fronte alle mutate disponibilità: sottolineo nuovamente la nostra responsabilità, causa disattenzione...mi permetto però di consigliare ai gestori della struttura di nominare diversamente la camera e l'appartamento: i tulipani non se ne risentiranno, i potenziali ospiti distratti avranno modo di evitare problemi nel scegliere la sistemazione. Rimarco doverosamente la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario: oltre alle bevande di benvenuto, alla macchina del caffè, al bollitore ed alcuni generi per la colazione, si è dimostrato solidale alle nostre garbate lamentele, offrendosi, senza richiesta da parte nostra, di riconoscere uno sconto in caso di futuro altro soggiorno nell'appartamento.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung.

Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten. Schlüsselübergaber im Tresor und anhand von Fotos gestaltete sich einfach. Die Lage war innerhalb eines traditionellen Wohngebietes etwa 300 Meter oberhalb des Ufers und ruhig.

Die Grösse des Zimmers war sehr beengt und es hatte nur ein sehr kleines Fenster. Badezimmer lag vertieft. Nachdem wir den ersten Schock über Größe des Zimmers überwunden hatten, hatten wir aber dennoch eine schöne Zeit (2 Nächte).

Erg klein, alleen een bed, nauwelijks beweegruimte er om heen, geen stoel, geen tafel, nauwelijks daglicht. Vanuit de slaapkamer meteen op straat, dus ook geen mogelijkheid om de deur open te laten staan. Blaffende hond van de buren.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto: appartamento curato, posizione comoda e un host gentilissimo.

Host estremamente disponibile e gentile fin dal primo contatto. L'appartamento è bello, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. Era fornito di tutto il necessario: detersivo per i piatti, spugne, un kit di cortesia e snack sia dolci che salati. Anche la posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per muoversi.
