Colour scheme is less alarming than it appears on the the photos. Views are fantasic.

A bit out of Stresa. At least 30min walk, with no proper footpath at beginning of walk into town on a busy road.

The view, the convenience, the value!

This apartment is all about the view, value and convenience. We read all the reviews and so didn't expect a toaster, kettle, condiments etc. We could boil water on the stove and we bought our own food items. The parking is great, it's a 25min walk to the centre of Stresa, - closer to the nearest restaurant. Enrico who met us was cheerful and helpful and on time to let us in. If you read the reviews, the property may well exceed expectations.

The pre-chrckin communication was a bit muddled. We requested the hire of linen and we had to re-confirm this many times right up until the day of checkin. The property was hosted by Enrico, managed through an agency and owned by a third person and it seems they don't talk to each other. We also struggled to make the pre-payment smoothly through Booking.com as we've done with numerous other properties on our travels. The agency had to send an invoice which was not a smooth experience and not a good experience in this day an age of spam and scam emails.

It's ok but I wouldn't stay here again

Comfortable matress, great balcony and view.

No wifi/towels/sheets/shampoo. Even if you rent sheets you have to put them yourself. The apartment is nice but too far from downtown. There are no taxis/buses, so if you don't have a car you'll have to walk a lot.

Posizione ottima e visuale mozzafiato sul lago. Bisogna spostarsi con l'auto per raggiungere il centro di Stresa. Per il resto soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La presenza del posto auto facilita molto il soggiorno

Senza lenzuola, senza biancheria bagno, senza prodotti per doccia, carta igienica un solo rotolo già in uso, senza,wifi, lontano da supermercati e per una passeggiata devi usare l'auto per andare a Baveno o Stresa

Endroit superbe grâce à la vue que nous avions autant à l’intérieur de l’appartement que sur le balcon

La vue sur les Îles Borromées de l’appartement était superbe! Appartement tranquille et près de tous les axes routiers.

Nous aurions aimé avoir un grille-pain pour nos petits déjeuners mais nous n’avons pas eu de réponse à notre demande.

Une vue magnifique sur les îles

- La vue de l'appartement est sublime. - Le parking est un vrai plus. - La proximité pour les départs en bateau vers les îles (15 minutes à pied). - La proximité du centre ville de Stresa et des commerces. - Très calme.

- Dommage que les draps et serviettes soient payants. - Appartement avec très peu d'équipements pour cuisiner, pas d'éléments de base comme le sel/poivre, vinaigre, huile... - Les photos de la terrasse ne correspondent pas avec le mobilier extérieur actuellement, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

Lokacija je odlična. Oprema apartmana je povprečna, ampak zadovoljiva, lokacija odtehta vse.

Najboljša zadeva pri apartmanu je izredna lokacija s pogledom na jezero in Boromejske otoke.

La vue sur le lac Majeur est fabuleuse.

Pas de four à micro-ondes et pas de bouilloire (ce n'était pas une surprise) ni de wifi.

Un beau séjour accompagné d un été indien.

Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés quant à la situation de l appartement et la vue des îles Borromées. Une place de parking. Le calme et peu de monde en ce mois de novembre.
