The location and views across the lake. It was in a quiet area wth easy access and the parking was secure. The apartment was spacious for the two of us, plenty of daylight from the lake side windows, and it had a good balcony from which to enjoy the view. Spotlessly clean. Good bathroom shower facilities with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and good storage. There is a lift to the third floor, which was very usefully. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this apartment. The owner's agent, Enrico, was extremely nice and helpful.
It would have been useful if the kitchen had a microwave and if WiFi was available.

Posizione ottima e visuale mozzafiato sul lago. Bisogna spostarsi con l'auto per raggiungere il centro di Stresa. Per il resto soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La presenza del posto auto facilita molto il soggiorno

l'emplacement géographique.
La vue magnifique depuis la terrasse.
Le parking voiture.
Le gérant a bien voulu effectuer le chek-in plus tôt , même si c'était à la va-vite.
Avoir Plus de considération pour les locataires. Pour 3 nuits : on avait à dispo juste une seul rouleau de papier hygiénique.
Le canapé-lit du salon devrait être changé car il est anti-confortable. Le matelas de la chambre pareil.
Aucun torchon à dispo.
Leur caution de 200 € n'est pas clair car aucun état de lieux n'est effectué et signé, surtout que le lave-vaisselle est endommagé esthétiquement ainsi que la hotte , pareil pour les peintures aux murs (J'ai pris des photos).
