About this apartment rental
Apartment renovated in 2018, located on the ground floor and equipped with a private and equipped external porch, where you can relax or have lunch and which leads to the garden. Large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and closet. The apartment is located in the Carciano district, 50 meters from a supermarket, restaurant and bar. At 600 meters there is the Lido with restaurant-bar, the departures of the boats to the Borromean Islands and the cable car to the Mottarone.
The newly renovated accommodation is composed as follows:
spacious room with double bed and large wardrobe, bathroom with shower, modern well-equipped kitchen complete with dishes, pots and fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, american coffee machine.
Storage room with washing machine, large living room with dining area and two-seater sofa bed.
Iron, satellite TV, free wifi, possibility to request a baby bed and high chair.
The living room through a large French door also leads to a spacious private porch equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs, where you can relax, sunbathe or taste the specialties of Lake Maggiore. The porch leads to the garden.
The apartment has a nice private porch with garden furniture, where you can also have lunch.
A beautiful lush garden (especially in spring) is also for the use of our guests. The garden is equipped with a gazebo, tables, chairs and sun loungers, as well as games for the little ones such as a small house and a slide. The use of the barbecue to organize barbecues may be required.

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Sohn verbracht.
Parken konnten wir in der Straße der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist nur 10 Minuten Laufzeit vom See entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt, so wie ein Großteil von Stresa an einem Hang. Der Check in lief problemlos. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Leider war für uns sehr negativ, das der Boden und die Flächen der Küche sehr klebrig waren und wir am ersten Abend erstmal putzen mussten. Der Rest der Wohnung war sauber. Leider war die Küche für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr klein. Diese hätten wir uns etwas größer vorgestellt. Das Bad ist nagelneu gemacht, aber auch sehr klein. Für ein Pärchen ohne Kind sicher ok, für eine Familie allerdings zu klein. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Terasse ist mit Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die meiste Zeit des Tages, hat man hier Schatten und angenehme Temperaturen. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir ein großes Bett und vom Gastgeber ein ein Kinderbett für unseren Sohn erhalten. Leider muss ich im Schlafzimmer negativ bewerten, das in fast jedem Schrank bzw. Schubladen sogenannte Duft Päckchen lagen. Wir haben unseren Koffer die ganze Woche nicht ausgepackt, da wir nicht wollten, das unsere Wäsche den Geruch davon annimmt. Der Ort Stresa hat uns sehr gut gefallen mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
