We enjoyed our stay But the place needs renovation!

The view was ok!

The beds, the bed linen and towels didn’t seem clean! The apartament wasn’t fit and equipped for 4 people!

This apartment is a very nice choice for not expensive and high qulity stay in Stresa.

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet area, big balcony. Kitchen is small but very well equipped. Lovely location as 10 minutes walk from the center. Such facilities as supermarket, railway and ferry stations are not far from. We arriverd very late because at night because of flight delay and Francesco was waiting for us in the apartment. to give us the key.

La Terrazza apartment was fantastic for our stay. Located near the train station, it was only a short walk in to the town or down to the lake side. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, with a superb terrace. The striking feature was the quietness of the area, allowing for some great relaxation. Francesco was super helpful and friendly.

Bra område, fin utsikt. Fin terass. Tvättmaskin i lägenheten. Lugnt hus, stördes inte av grannar. Bra läge i förhållande till tåg och buss.

Köket dåligt utrustat, bara en jättestor kastrull. Stekpannan utsliten. För lite kärl, diskmaskin som inte fungerade. Eluttagen fungerade dåligt, sänglampan hade löskoktast, risk för kortslutning? För få klädhängare, fyra klädhängare på två rum, eller tre personer. Fick ingen information om hur lägenhetens uppvärmning fungerade, var kallt i lägenheten. Papperslakan i lilla sovrummet var obehagliga att sova i.

Superbe emplacement

Nous avons adoré l emplacement de l appartement ainsi que tout son confort. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. L accueil est parfait par Francesco. Et la terasse est superbe et on peut y apercevoir le lac. Bref the place to be.

Sympa - mais à ajuster pour la vaisselle et les couverts!

Bien situé, résidence calme à proximité du supermarché (8 minutes de marche) et du bord du lac (12 minutes de marche). La terrasse est très agréable du petit déjeuner au dîner. La vue est agréable aussi, entre les montagnes et le lac. Place de parking en extérieur (sans ombre possible). Accueil sympathique. Équipement d’électroménager assez complet: four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, TV, micro-ondes.

Il manque quelques essentiels pour faire à manger: pas d’économe, pas de couteau d’office, pas de passoire (au pays des pâtes!), pas de bol, pas de saladier, pas de plat pour le four, il n’y a que 2 petites cuillers etc. On peut comprendre qu’il n’y ait aucune nourriture (ni sucre, ni sel, ni huile…) mais il y a quelques éléments qui sont indispensables quand on reste plusieurs jours. Pas de wifi non plus (mais c’est précisé dans l’annonce, on le sait en réservant).

Hat alles super gepasst und toller Vermieter Francessco war sehr freundlich und pünktlich vor Ort hat uns früher rein g

Die Terrasse war wunderschön groß und die Wohnung angenehm kühl durch die Markisen die Zimmer auch sehr schön für 4 Personen wäre es etwas schwierig mit dem Schlafsofa ansonsten perfekt

War alles prima die Küche etwas bedürftig ausgestattet kein Wasserkocher aber man kann es ja auch im Topf aufkochen kein Internet

la ubicación no era tan cercana del centro donde nos dejó el bus, pero la persona que nos recibió fue súper amable y nos explicó todo a detalle así que no tuvimos problema

nos costó un poco subir las cuadras con las valijas caminando, recomiendo pedir un Uber si cuesta caminar

Molto comoda

posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dal centro con piccola salita per arrivare alla casa, posteggio a pochi metri, i posti davanti al condominio erano per i residenti. per due perfetta, camera matrimoniale con coperte e finestra che da sul balcone. camera singola con armadio e finestra. bagno attrezzato con asciugacapelli e asciugamani sia per il lavabo/bidet che per la doccia. doccia un po piccolina, però funziona bene, il bagno è dotato anche li lavatrice. salotto ampio con divano, televisione, tavolo che diventa più grande se si ha necessità, con vista lago. la cucina piccola ma c'è tutto, manca solo lo scolapasta e la lavastoviglie non funziona. questa struttura è dotata di balcone con spazio per poter mangiare fuori, come in foto. la porta dell'appartamento ha due serrature, e nel condominio c'è un'altra porta e il cancello che si aprono solo con la chiave. l'host molto simpatico e disponibile, ci ha accolti e ci ha spiegato tutto, e ci ha raggiunto anche nel momento del checkout.

le lenzuola potevano essere più pulite, non c'erano macchie o segni, erano intatte. cuscini un po datati, molto piatti e materasso un po duro.

Struttura sporca,biancheria vecchia e usurata. Lavastoviglie rotta e neanche una spugnetta pulita per lavare i piatti. Mancanza di una tovaglia pulita,stoviglie e pentolame indecente

Magie d'autunno.

L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro, vicinissimo alla stazione e al supermercato Conad. Si è rivelato abbastanza comodo in quanto aveva tutto il necessario per trascorrere un fine settimana familiare all'insegna della semplicità. Punto di forza è il terrazzo che aiuta a superare la calura dei mesi caldi. Purtroppo d'autunno e d'inverno non è di massima utilità. Francesco il proprietario è una brava persona, gentile e molto accomodante. Il nostro cagnolino poi è stato accolto calorosamente.

L'appuntamento nonostante il confort dato dagli accessori perfettamente funzionanti, è risultato un pochino piccolo per noi essendo 4 adulti. In particolare il divano letto presente non era molto confortevole e la biancheria letto e da bagno non molto nuova.
