Lovely stay at this clean and recently renovated apartment!
The accommodation was very clean and spacious (we were with 4 persons), especially for the price. The garden was perfect and surrounded by nature. It is just a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment to the city centre. Also, there was enough space to park our car at the public parking spot in front of the gate and we even got offed a private garage if needed. Lastly, the person who showed us the apartment was super friendly and gave us some very useful restaurant and activity tips! All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.
The bathroom connected to the master bedroom was quite small and it was therefore practically impossible to use the shower, so we solely used the shower in the other bathroom, which was fine, since we were only with 4 persons. Another small inconvenience was that there was no WiFi and no water cooker in the kitchen.

Casa Acqua Verde : vue magnifique du jardin, confort à améliorer
Attention, nous n’avons pas été logé à la casa Monique, inondée suite à un orage. L’agence, très réactive, nous a logés à la casa acqua verde, appartement de même dimension mais un peu plus éloigné du centre de Stresa. Du bout de la terrasse ou du jardin, la vue était exceptionnelle sur le lac Majeur.
L’équipement n’est pas à la hauteur de nos standards français : pomme de douche à l’ancienne, pas de tapis dans la salle de bain, pas de lampe de chevet dans la chambre d’enfants mais un lampadaire qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de sel, de poivre, pas un rouleau de papier toilettes pour l’arrivée. Aucune explication pour le lave linge, invasion de fourmis… Le logement est prévu pour 6 mais au bout de deux douches, il n’y a plus d’eau chaude. Nous ne pouvions pas nous rendre à pied dans le centre.
