It 'very bright, with an east-west orientation. The apartment has 4 beds and is composed of an entrance hall, a dining area with an open kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The view over the lake Maggiore is one of the most beautiful and complete to be found anywhere in the area.
The accommodation is located on the third floor of an early twentieth century house whose thick walls ensure a pleasantly cool even in the summer months.
The living room has a balcony facing the lake and a second balcony that opens to the bedroom and dining area with kitchen.
From March 2019, the apartment has a parking space reserved for guests.
The owner often deals with welcoming guests; in his absence there is a dedicated person.

Warm and helpful hosts. Spectacular views of the Borromean Islands from the spacious apartment. Modern amenities include a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, and washing machine. Will definitely return.
