Die Lage ist sehr gut, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ebenfalls.
Topmodernes Apartment.
Leider hat uns das Hundeasyl im Nachbarhaus sehr gestört. Sehr häufiges Bellen und Jaulen Tag und Nacht

The apartment is well equipped, and in good conditions. We would have enjoyed it unless the problem with the host occurred (see below)
Unfortunately the apartment seemed not have been in use for a while. When we arrived there was 15 degrees inside, with all shutters down. The rest is just narrating the facts, please conclude for yourselves about the hospitality that we received.
We called the landlady/host (her name is Alice) to do something about the issue. Her first reaction was that there is 23 degrees outside so why we needed any heating. Her second reaction was that we were seemingly too old and we could not stand a lower temperature. She suggested to switch on the remote on the living room. We did that and then we went out (after that, this is why we came for). After we returned, it was still 15 degrees in the flat. We have called again the landlady by she did not answer. So we had the opportunity to sleep with our sweaters and socks on (we felt young again! :))
The first thing next morning was to call Alice again, who suggested to solve the issue in half a day by sending a plumber. We did not agree as we wanted to leave again for an excursion and did not want to spend another night freezing. Then she called us uncapable to press a button (the ON button for the heating) and hung up (!) the phone. She did not answer any more calls afterwards, but she continued to send us messages on how she wanted to solve the issue. Finally she asked a colleague to come by, who manipulated something on the heating system (hidden behind a cupboard on the corridor), which finally started the heating. Even when she asked back a few hours later about the situation she used the SMS and called our problem a "BIG" problem, no apologies at all for anything.
Yet another bothering thing is that you need to fetch the keys from the agency that is 500m away, it is in a pedestrian area, it opens at 15.00 and there is no way to park close to it (at least we have not succeeded. The same is when to leave the keys. One should count for this extra time. I wonder why they cannot come up with a simpler solution.

Location. Kitchen well equiped. Clean. Quite, except for the dogs :)
No condition, the temperature inside the apartment all the time was 28-31 degree with or without a fan, that is standing in the living room.
Dogs. Barking every evening.
