Mixed-Emotions. Einerseits eine tolle Wohnung mit sensationellem Blick in ruhiger Toplage. Andererseits der dem hohen Pr
Traumhafte Lage, 130qm Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick aus Wohn-/Schkafzimmer. Relativ moderne Gestaltung des Hauses und der Einrichtung (Baujahr geschätzt 2014?). Herrlich ruhig, da praktisch kein Durchgangsverkehr und gehobene Wohngegend.
Das Appartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Notwendige Modernisierungen werden hinausgezögert. Die Sofas und die Loungemöbel sind etwas durchgesessen. Der Fernseher ist mit 32“ heutzutage ein Witz. Da er nur DTV empfängt und damit nur italienisches Programm war es dann letztendlich egal. Die Kaffeemaschine war für Nespressokapseln nicht zu gebrauchen, es waren aber auch keine passenden Kapseln vorhanden. Gut, dass wir eine eigene Maschine dabei hatten. Schlimm: die Handbrause der Dusche löste sich aus der Wand und die Halterung fiel meiner Frau auf den Fuß. Die Kopfbrause hielt sich nur noch wackelig in der Wand in einem 35 Grad-Winkel. War dadurch nicht zu gebrauchen. Daher mussten wir zum Duschen in die sehr enge Dampf-/Duschkabine im Untergeschoss. Das alles muss im Zusammenhang mit dem üppigen Preis gesehen werden. Für drei Nächte Mitte September 1330,- Euro sind (zumindest für uns) knackig und die Erwartungshaltung entsprechend. Wobei eine Verletzungsgefahr beim Duschen zu keinem Preis akzeptabel ist. Wir haben den Vermieter Impero-House darauf aufmerksam gemacht und wurden freundlich darüber informiert, dass die Mängel bekannt seien und zur nächsten Saison behoben werden. Wir gehen davon aus, das betrifft den Fernseher und die eine oder andere Ausstattung. Mit der Dusche sollte man sich keine Zeit lassen. Achtung also, wer das Appartement noch 2024 bewohnen möchte: nachfragen, ob zumindest die Dusche repariert ist (Handbrause war nur eine Inbusschraube).
