This is a splendid apartment in an excellent location, overlooking the town yet close to its centre

This is a comfortable apartment for 4 people, but it really did need a further armchair in the sitting room. The waste bin in the bathroom was below the standard of the rest of the property.

Well located apartment with great view

Very close to train station. Lovely view from balcony. Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Emanuela was lovely and made check-in and out very easy even when we asked her to inspect the property a day early as we were leaving earlier due to a train strike in Italy.

Only having 1 key which made it difficult if we wanted to go out separately. No t bags or coffee provided which is unusual. Hair amongst cutlery as well as on kitchen floor and lounge area around edges.

Great view of the lake and the town. Awesome location. Our host was amazing and so accomodating.

Too many keys. There's a key for the front door, the several gates and also to the doors to get in. I would suggest to label the keys as it's very difficult to disipher which keys go to which door especially at night. The addition of towels & linens . Either add this in or advertise how much you charge extra for this. This was a surprise to after we checked in. Not one hotel or apartment we stayed at in Italy charged us extra for linens. The AC does not work and only located in living room. NO AC in rest of apartment. Thank goodness it wasn't that hot out while we stayed there in June.

Wonderful, very comfortable, good location and spacious!

The young lady Giorgia who met us with the keys was very welcoming. She referred us to a delicious restaurant in the old town Osteria Mercato! And she was kind enough to make 2 nights reservations for us.

So schnell nicht wieder

Sehr zentrale Lage, Parkplätze am Haus, Tolle Aussicht, Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Verwalterin (Emanuela), Aufzug in den 4. Stock, Supermarkt nur 5 Minuten entfernt, Einkaufstrolly in der Wohnung, ordentliche Küchenausstattung, leider nur mit Filterkaffeemaschine.

Leider gab es einen großen Wasserschaden im Kellergeschoß. Die Sanierungsarbeiten waren mit viel Lärm verbunden. Auch der Zuglärm (Durchsagen, Bremsgeräusche, Güterzüge) des naheliegenden Bahnhofs war allgegenwärtig und nervend. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Spülmaschine begann nach dem Einschalten durch einen Kurzschluss zu qualmen. Ersatz war kurzfristig nicht zu beschaffen. Die Mikrowelle hat leider auch nicht funktioniert, war uns aber angekündigt worden. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist nur den Eigentümern vorbehalten. Die Möbel sind teilweise defekt und nicht nutzbar (Stühle Balkon, Handtuchständer, Garderobe usw.) Die Einrichtung ist sehr lieblos. Am schlimmsten ware die allgegenwärtigen Kunststoffpflanzen. Die Matratzen der Betten sollten dringend gewechselt werden, da durchgelegen. Das zweite Bad hat nur eine Wanne ohne Spritzschutz und ist nicht nutzbar. Teilweise sind die Fugen verschimmelt, ebenso die Zugschnur des Notrufs in der Dusche (außer Bertrieb). Ein WC-Sitz ist aufgeplatzt und nicht sehr hygienisch. In den Bädern und der Dusche geht es sehr eng zu. Schwarze Flecken auf Leintuch. WIFI sehr langsam und mit Datenbegrenzung-nicht zeitgemäß. Es gibt keine Rauchwarnmelder-den in der Ausstattung erwähnten Kohlenmonoxid-Melder haben wir vergebens gesucht. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit 180.-€/Nacht nicht ansatzweise. Fijn, schoon appartement op goede locatie!

Hele mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht! Ruim en compleet appartement, schoon. Het is een appartement in een netjes wooncomplex, dus dat was juist heel leuk. Emmanuela ontving ons en dacht heel fijn mee, we waren al in de buurt en konden eerder inchecken. Super fijn, helemaal met baby!

Emanuela ist eine sehr nette, zuverlässige Kontaktperson. Wohnung super gelegen, ruhig, sauber, groß, gut ausgestattet. Insbesonders vorteilhaft der Parkplatz an der Anlage.

Superbe appartement avec vue sur le lac Majeur: Splendide!

Le logement est un bijou italien! Idéalement situé, spacieux, calme, proche de toutes les commodités. Le parking pour la voiture est vraiment appréciable. La vue de l'appartement est splendide, nous pouvions petit déjeuner avec le soleil et face au Lac.. Notre hôte a été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, elle nous a bien renseigné sur les lieux ou nous rendre. nous reviendrons

Le salon de jardin sur le Balcon pourrait être changé car il est endommagé et n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de l'appartement. Cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous avons sorti les chaises de la cuisine pour profiter du balcon.
