Our first visit to Stresa and the amazing Borromean Islands. We will be back.

Beautiful apartment with 3 balconies, it is very central and close to all the amenities of Stresa. The lady welcomed us personally and was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the complimentary Prosecco and snacks. All good 😊

The location is in the heart of Stresa. The owner is extremely nice , she gave a palate with snacks. Everything thing is very clean, the apartment has all the equipment you need.

Problem of attitude

Great location. Great city The contact prior to the visit was very good and in English. (most likely not the host in the appartment...)

Very rude host. In the last morning at exactly 10:00:00 am she noked on our door while we were preparing ourselves to leave. We asked for additional few minutes to complete the check out process but she refused. She got inside the appartment with angry face and stood there while she's make noises which sound like curses in Italian. (She didn't speak English) It was insulting and damaged our staying in the beautiful Stresa. At the end this is what we will remember. One of reasons for the delay is the parking spot which is in a public area 5 minutes from the appartment, and not really near the house. It requires extra logistic time, and some luck to find a free spot. Anyway, at 10:19 we were out... (no charge for these extra 19 minutes...) The beds in the apartment are not comftable, and sleep is not smooth for all the family, you prepare yourselves to wake up few times at night. It was a bit hot inside with no A/C only fan. In the early morning (~ 7am) there were noises down stairs due to re-decoration in the ground floor. (The apprtment is in the upper first floor , not suitable for disables )

Nice stay in Stresa

Very good location close to city centre and lake. There is lot of space in the appartment, equiped kitchen, 2 terraces. Our landlady waited for us before the house, so there was no problem to reach the appartment. Bottle of water in the fridge was pleasant surprise.

There was reconstruction in flat on the ground floor and it was quite noisy during the day. But it is something that is hard to influence.

We were amazed at how everything was clean. Spotless! It's felt like owners make repair works on the apartment and all things they brought were right from the store, starting from new towels finishing with oven and refrigerator. The location was perfect- very much central

Check-in and out were really smooth. The host welcomed us in person and give us little cookies from Stresa, which was very nice of her. The apartment is very close to the lake. My family and I quite enjoyed our stay in La Terrazza degli Oleandri. I can highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, Lorena is a very nice person, explained everything to us and gave us some hints on what we can find close to the appartement. The apartment was great, in the very center of Stresa, very spacious with multiple terazzes and very very clean. Everything that was needed was just there (kitchen utensils). I would recommend it to anyone :) The parking is not by the apartment itself, you need to go down like 100m and park by the lake, but it is free of charge :)

Perfect place to discover Stresa!

Great for a family… two terraces, fully equiped kitchen, washing machine. The kids bedroon well organized. Large parents bedroom. Fast wifi to work if needed…. … and a super nice host to welcome you! 🇮🇹 Would come back without hesitation.

The apartment is located in the centre of Stresa very close to the lakeside. We had everything we needed in the apartment, which was very clean and comfortable. The apartment has two terraces, one covered for rainy days and one open that we used for breakfast and to enjoy the sun. The host was very welcoming and easy to deal with. We had a fantastic time here and would strongly recommend La Terrazza degli Oleandri to others.

Super vacances en famille, nous conseillons vivement!

Le séjour a été incroyable, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme à la maison. Lorena a été très disponible pour nous, il y avait absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans l'appartement, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour d'autant plus que nous étions avec notre enfant de deux ans. L'appartement est en plein centre ville, à deux minutes à pied à peine des bateaux pour visiter les îles, et à pas plus d'un quart d'heure à pied de la gare de train. Il est grand, entièrement équipé, avec deux belles terrasses, une extérieure et l'autre qui donne sur une cour intérieure. Quoi demander de plus :) Merci beaucoup Lorena de nous avoir permis de passer de si belles vacances en famille!

Super appartement, sans vue, mais très grand et très bien placé.

Appartement très grand avec plusieurs terrasses, très confortable. Très bien placé: centre ville, mais silencieux et près des quais. Cuisine bien équipée pour un séjour de quelques jours.

Trop d'insistance de la propriétaire: papiers d'identité à envoyer à l'avance, méticulosité extrême dans l'agencement et l'ordre dans l'appartement (OK pour nous). Accueil sous-traité: charmant , mais on a pas du tout rencontré cette propriétaire exigeante ...

L'appartement est sublime, parfaitement équipé et meublé avec soin. Il dispose également de 2 belles terrasses. L’hôtesse est très sympathique et nous a accueilli chaleureusement et en français. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Stresa.

Lieu idéal pour découvrir Stresa, les îles et les environs

L’emplacement est réellement idéal ! En plein centre, mais calme, à 2 rues du front de mer et de l’embarcadère. Lorena communique très facilement, et dans un français excellent. Elle peut proposer un parking privé très appréciable pendant la haute saison ou les week-ends. Des petites attentions de bienvenue vous attendent. Appartement très calme, extrêmement propre, avec une très belle salle de bain. Terrasse ensoleillée d’un côté et patio de l’autre côté toujours à l’ombre et donc frais l’été.
