Good apartment with wonderful views but with room for improvement.

The location of the apartment, the size and the view from the balcony to the lago maggiore.

I think that even if both things were written in the booking description, they can be both improved: First is that the towels and bed cloths are for an extra charge, I think that an apartment of that standing should include a set per bed available and include this in the total booking price and not as an extra charge The second is that a checkout at 10am is steep! Normal checkouts at hotels are at 12:00. Should be the same in an apartment.

Awful. Property was very poor.

breakfast was not provided and facilities to get breakfast we at least a half mile away

Although clean, the facility was very old and not kept up well. The grass was either dry or dead, the deck was old and dilapidated, as was the table and chairs on the deck. We forfeited our entire payment for four nights and didn't stay there. Parking was on the street. We rented a four star hotel about a half mile away for $100 per night LESS than this property. Maybe this is the standard for properties in Stresa or Italy but it was not acceptable.. Oh yeah, you had to pay extra for sheets and towels and make the bed yourself.

Be prepared to make your own bed! But Ms. Lisa was very accomodating.

Spacious/light and bright. Nice view. Close to the train station which was very important.

Just not use to walking into a place and not having the beds made. I knew we had to pay extra for linens and towels but we had to make our own beds/take out our own trash - what was the housecleaning fee for then? We stayed at 5 different establishments on this trip, and this experience was unique and not at all welcoming!

Wonderful location with lovely view of the lake. Very spacious apartment with good sized rooms. Easy walk into town centre and to station.

Trying to close the doors to the balcony quietly as the doors are old and noisy, had complaint from neighbour! Would be helpful to have some basic provisions supplied, for example detergent for the washing machine, as had to purchase that for a brief stay.

Great location, just a couple min to the water, views of the water is the main attraction. Great black out curtains to block out the light. Iron and washer available. Elevators.

Nothing we didn’t like, just little nuances. Such as you pay for everything all a carte. You pay for daily WiFi, bed linen and towels. You need to make your own bed.

Easy check-in/check out, perfect location, everything is close (lake, train station, ferry terminal, supermarket, restaurants etc). The view is amazing, huge spaces, ideal for family or big groups

Disappointing

The apartment was very dirty especially the bathroom. Toilet was disgusting and it was obvious it was used and not cleaned after other guests!! There was dust every where. The pillow was smelling and it's obvious that these were never washed. You pay for the sheets and you have to do the bed yourself cause they put the sheets on top of your bed! ! Towels they give you just 2 (one big and one small) Considering that you pay extra €100 for cleaning, €20 for the sheets and another €20 for towels I would expect a bit more ! !

Une résidente du bâtiment voisin,très désagréable, est venue sonner à notre porte, pour nous demander de déplacer notre véhicule, garé sur un emplacement réservé aux personnes à mobilité réduite, alors que nous avions le justificatif sur le pare-brise. Pour éviter les conflits, nous avons garé la voiture à l'extérieur de la résidence.

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.

L'appartement est vétuste, fenêtres simple vitrage et stores qui ne fonctionnent pas bien. Il n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée avec de la poussière partout et un lavabo était bouché tout le séjour. Le voisin laisse son gros chien en liberté dans les couloirs et le chien aboie fort, ce qui s'entend et fait peur en sortant de l'ascenseur.

Posizione ottima, ma rapporto qualità prezzo non buono

La posizione, vicinissima al centro. La vista incredibilmente bella. L'appartamento é molto spazioso, perfetto per una famiglia numerosa. Due bagni rinnovati a nuovo.

Purtroppo ci sono un paio di cose un po'problematiche: innanzi tutto lo staff non accogliente, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani a pagamento per ben 20 euro a testa di media qualità. Con "costo extra per biancheria" pensavo intendessero che dal secondo cambio di lenzuola ci fosse un costo in piú da pagare (come succede normalmente), invece era proprio per avere le lenzuola dal principio, senza pagare la casa sarebbe stata "vuota"...non esattamente comodo per chi viene da un altro paese! Inoltre dopo aver pagato, ci hanno fatto trovare lenzuola e asciugamani sui letti sfatti, non si sono nemmeno sforzati di farci i letti. Cucina vecchiotta, c'é una sola presa rotonda, nessun adattatore nella casa. Muri un po'malmessi, assolutamente da ripitturare. Divano sporco, coperto in qualche modo da un lenzuolo. Letti scomodi, i materassi non erano neanche della misura giusta rispetto alla cornice del letto. Ma soprattutto, i condizionatori (uno in ogni stanza) non funzionavano e non siamo riusciti a regolarli! Visto che erano uno dei motivi principali per cui abbiamo scelto questo appartamento eravamo molto irritati. Dulcis in fundo, abbiamo chiesto di fare il check in posticipato alle 12.00, che ci é stato confermato telefonicamente. Alle 10 del mattino si sono presentate comunque le dame di servizio per pulire l'appartamento..

La vue, les grandes chambres, la terrasse balcon, l'emplacement à 2 pas de la promenade.

Le bruit (voisins trés bruyants, qui parlent fort jusqu'à plus de minuit), la cuisine très peu pratique (petite, les pôeles sont à remplacer, rayées). L'odeur d'urines sur le pas de porte.
