Appartement très bien situé à environ 500m de Stresa, très calme,avec place de parking gratuite. Très belle vue sur le lac depuis la petite terrasse. De grands lit très confortables. Les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies. L'appartement est très propre !

Il manque peut être un grill pain pour le petit déjeuner ? Sinon tout est parfait !

La localisation de l'appartement est vraiment idéale. Un point de départ en bateau se trouve à environ 300 mètres. Le point de vue du balcon sur le lac et les îles Borromées est exceptionnel. C'est un plaisir de pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil avec un tel spectacle sous les yeux. Le parking est un vrai plus (surtout en saison, j'imagine).

La description de l'appartement parle de deux salles de bains avec bidet. Par contre, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a qu'une seule douche. Cuisine un peu étroite, où on ne peut pas vraiment préparer un repas. Déco fleurie un peu trop chargée (mais tout est question de goût !). Un peu bizarre de devoir laisser les clés et la taxe de séjour sur la table dans l'appartement : à part des mails (avant) ou messages WhatsApp (pour le départ), nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec l'hôte.

We were not made aware that you need a car for this property. It is out of town with no public transport. 35min walk on busy road ,with no pavement. Had to walk this dangerous stretch to get to the nearest ferry to get ride into town, a definite no at night. No bus going that way, only 2 taxis in the town. (But very helpful taxi guy running around everyone) No restaurants, shops etc nearby-which being self catering a pain. The key pick up is 35min walk away from the property, unless you have a car. After a long train trip to get there, with luggage, this was not appreciated. We did not receive the full details for getting keys and entrance- a receptionist that wasn't really working for this property sent us a link with a video and explanations. The property entry gates do not work and left open, so the code not needed. The main front door propped open with a sign to say it is also out of order. On entrance to the property it had been sprayed excessively with room fragrance that we had to open windows and the friend with asthma had an attack. We also had been led to believe there were 2 bathrooms, 1 is a ensuite loo only-had to share the shower. Having travelled for weeks across Italy, this was a disappointing stop for 3 days, mainly due to location-it cost a lot in taxis and ferries.
