Nice apartment, great views, but unresponsive to one of our problems

Greta location and great views. Nice and clean on arrival, but some customer service issues experienced

Great key pickup instructions. A major problem with plumbing on arrival, but someone came around immediately. It was not fixed, but workable (eg couldn't flush main toilet for the whole stay due to no cold water supply in bathroom). We then found BOTH switches outside near the gate are broken, so we couldn't get out, not even on foot (high fence and gate all around). When I queried this, they were unresponsive and dismissive ("it's never been a problem before" attitude). We were left to find a solution later ourselves from another resident -- No exit instrcutions !

Views compromised by poor facilities and apppointments

Views are exceptional, unfortunately the rest of the property is not very functional.

The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, the kitchen is not appointed very well at all with no kettle and no toaster. The parking is very difficult and needs some skill. There is no laundry facilities which you would normally expect at an apartment. It would be good to have some lounge chairs to sit on the amazing balcony and enjoy the views of Maggiore and Isole Bella.

Je m’attendais à mieux.

La situation du logement. Les grands lits confortables. La vue. La place de parking.

Il y a un lave vaisselle mais il n’y a plus de sel dedans donc il faut en racheter. Il n’y a pas d’égouttoir pour poser la vaisselle lavée. La douche est très petite et il n’y a rien pour poser les produits. Les fenêtres sont très fragiles en simple vitrage. Le mobilier du salon est vieillissant. Une odeur de renfermé se dégage dans tout l’appartement. Le bloc de sécurité déclenche l’alarme en pleine nuit avec les lumières qui s’allument et s’éteignent d’elles-mêmes.

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir le lac Majeur

Appartement très bien situé à environ 500m de Stresa, très calme,avec place de parking gratuite. Très belle vue sur le lac depuis la petite terrasse. De grands lit très confortables. Les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies. L'appartement est très propre !

Il manque peut être un grill pain pour le petit déjeuner ? Sinon tout est parfait !

Plein les yeux sur les îles Borromées

La localisation de l'appartement est vraiment idéale. Un point de départ en bateau se trouve à environ 300 mètres. Le point de vue du balcon sur le lac et les îles Borromées est exceptionnel. C'est un plaisir de pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil avec un tel spectacle sous les yeux. Le parking est un vrai plus (surtout en saison, j'imagine).

La description de l'appartement parle de deux salles de bains avec bidet. Par contre, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a qu'une seule douche. Cuisine un peu étroite, où on ne peut pas vraiment préparer un repas. Déco fleurie un peu trop chargée (mais tout est question de goût !). Un peu bizarre de devoir laisser les clés et la taxe de séjour sur la table dans l'appartement : à part des mails (avant) ou messages WhatsApp (pour le départ), nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec l'hôte.
