Lovely apartment. Conviene to lake and town centre.
Picking up keys at agency was dificulta. Very little English spoken. Finding apartment not explained. Only instructions for returning keys explained. F

Le lac Maggiore et la complicité de la propriétaire avec les policiers
Très bruyant et très mal insonorisé. La literie pas du tout confortable. Si vous cherchez le calme, veuillez repasser... il y a des chiens qui aboient, les voisins du dessus qui vous réveillent à 6h du matin car très mal insonorisé. La propriétaire est une arnaqueuse, on s'est pris un pv à cause d'elle parce qu'elle nous a dit de nous garer devant l'agence. La police est venue et nous a mis un pv, la propriétaire ne nous a pas aidé, elle n'a rien voulu entendre et n'était pas professionnelle.

Deux séjours dans cette appartement et nous y retournerons!
C'est la seconde fois que nous logeons dans cet appartement très beau, propre, bien situé et bien équipé. L a terrasse est très agréable. Nous étions 4 adultes et avons passé un super séjour. Le linge de lit et de toilette est très propre. Très grande fluidité pour récupérer et restituer les clés.
Il n'y a pas de place de stationnement dédiée mais nous avons toujours réussi à nous garer dans la rue. Les frais de ménage sont un peu trop élevés.

Stresa ist ein schöner Ort mit beeindruckenden alten Häusern und Hotels.
Sehr neu,modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Stock. Den ganzen Tag Sonne auf zwei Balkonen. Blick in die Berge, seitl. zum See. Reichlich Schränke und Ablagen im Bad und den Schlafzimmern. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Elektrische Rolläden, Klimaanlage und Heizung vorhanden. Schöner Ort mit sehr guter Bahnanbindung nach Mailand und Bootsanbindung zu den borromäischen Inseln.
MIkrowelle fehlte uns. Haus insgesamt hellhörig. Garderobe im Flur für Jacken wäre praktisch. Große Gläser, tiefe Pastatteller und echte Weingläser fehlten uns. Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich und besser sind einzelne Matratzen, da jede Bewegung des Parners bemerkt wird. Safe funktionierte nicht!
