A bit difficult to warm up, apartment was squeaky clean apart from the floors which I think are only swept.

Everything was perfect! It was super clean, the kitchen was super equipped. Stephanie was super nice.

It was very hard to communicate with the owners because it was only through booking and they didnt answer their phone and no whatsapp was available. We had a problem with the fridge and the technician came after 24hr. The technician stayed 2hr with us in order to fix it so it was inconvenient.

Misleading ay best.

The apartment was clean

The check in was delayed without an advanced notice and we managed to get an update from the host (after writing 3 times during the day) when we were 10 mins away that the check in is delyed in 3 hours. The photos on the site show lake view when we really got a balcony to a really noisy road and an ugly parking lot. The bed base had a probelm which made it the worst night experiance. They publish the place with breakfast included which is really a few snacks and some cereal boxes. No coffee machine or fresh food of any kind. This title is simply misleading and flase. The location is poor and overall it was the worst experiance we had in our trip. We stayed there one night out of three and left. No refund for the other 2 nights.

The perfect apartment stay!

We had the most relaxing stay at La Tana Del Ludo! The owner put herself in our shoes and thought up of everything that we could possibly need after a long day of travelling, including cold drinks in the fridge. We stayed with our 4-month-old, and we were provided with a crib, a changing table and a baby bathtub. Our little one was so comfortable that he fell asleep so fast the 3 nights we stayed there. This has to be the most comfortable homestay we've ever had. Heck, it was better than some 4 and 5 star hotels we've stayed in! Highly recommended and would definitely come again!

The wifi kept on connecting and disconnecting, but it wasn't a big issue.

Highly recommended place to stay at

Feriolo is a small village not too crowded and not as much a tourist spot as other places around the lake. «La Tana del Ludo» is a beautiful apartment just a few minutes from the water. It's freshly renovated and spacious, clean, and tidy. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and provided (almost) everything you could wish for. Our host was very friendly and helpful. She did everything to make our short trip to Feriolo a nice one. During check-in she gave detailed advice on places to see (and places to skip). When we missed one little item she didn't hesitate to get it for us within a couple of minutes. Totally awesome. This is the place to be if you're looking for a cozy home base during your vacations at Lago Maggiore.

If you're looking for the fly in the ointment: The building with the apartment is located at a quite busy road, so if you're looking for total peace and silence or are sensitive to noise you may have to look elsewhere.

The apartment is very spacy and just newly renovated. Very nice and comfortable bathroom. The apartment was very clean. 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and and couch which also can be used as sofa bed. In every room a flatscreen TV with Netflix included. Kitchen is well equiped and very user friendly. Stefania is a very friendly and supportive host. Her English is excellent so communication was very easy and use her as resource for recommendations on restaurants or travel tips. We had a very nice and pleasant stay. Thank you Stefania :) Looking forward to stay again.

Wirklich toll-sehr nette Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar ist und viele gute Tipps parat hat.

Sehr sauber, toller Comfort, sehr gute Betten und modernes, tolles super funktionierendes Badezimmer. Für ein italienisches Frühstück (klein und süß) alles vorhanden (kann man aber auch zum Nachmittagskaffee genießen 😀) Auch im Februar ausreichend geheizt.

Bel appartement mais beaucoup de problèmes rencontrés sur place sans pouvoir contacter l'hôte

L'appartement a été refait à neuf et est très bien situé.

A notre arrivée, personne n'était présent pour nous accueillir. Le numéro affiché sur la porte ne fonctionnait pas. On a dû interpeller une personne dans le rue qui connaissait, par hasard, le père de notre hôte. Il est vrai que nous avions annoncé, en amont, une arrivée entre 17h00 et 18h00 et que nous sommes arrivés à 16h30. L'établissement ne nous a pas répondu concernant notre proposition d'heure d'arrivée et nous pensions donc pouvoir arriver à n'importe quelle heure à partir de 16h00 (comme indiqué dans la réservation). L'eau de la douche débordait dans la salle de bain et ne devions éponger le sol avec une simple serviette, après chaque douche, pendant 15 à 20 minutes. Notre hôte, une fois arrivé vers 17h30, nous a communiqué son numéro de portable afin de pouvoir la contacter en direct et nous a promis de nous envoyer, par Whatsapp, le nom des endroits pour sortir le soir et le nom de bons restaurants. On a bien vérifié, avec elle et avant de partir, que son numéro de téléphone était le bon. Nous lui avons envoyé un message pour lui mentionner un problème avec Netflix mais non seulement, elle ne nous a pas répondu mais ne nous a pas envoyé, non plus, le nom des endroits et des restaurants comme promis. Enfin, nous avons eu, ma femme et moi-même, une intoxication alimentaire au même moment et tout au long de notre séjour (dès la première nuit). Il est vrai que nous avons mangé, le soir-même de notre arrivée, dans un restaurant à côté et que cela pourrait venir de là mais nous n'avons pas pris les mêmes plats. Par contre, ma femme et moi-même avions consommé l'eau du robinet de l'appartement à plusieurs reprises. Nous pensons que cela vient de là (sans certitude il est vrai). Par précaution et n'arrivant pas à joindre notre hôte, nous avons acheté de l'eau en bouteille pour nous laver les dents et boire.

- Bett zu weich (für unsere Verhältnisse) - Haupteingangstüre muss immer mit extra Schlüssel aufgeschlossen werden (egal ob man raus oder rein möchte) - Haus von außen nicht sehr ansehnlich - am besten circa eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft die Inhaberin anrufen, damit der Check In schnell geht

Een mooi, groot, modern appartement op een fijne locatie waar je al het moois rondom lago maggiore kan ontdekken.

Het appartement staat op een hele fijne locatie en is modern en ruim van binnen! Ook een fijn balkon met mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

Wij werden ontvangen door iemand anders dan de eigenaresse. Hierdoor kregen wij een hele summiere rondleiding en uitleg en hebben we de eerste dagen veel heen en weer moeten communiceren voor de betaling. Dit hebben wij als minder fijn ervaren. Gelukkig is dit uiteindelijk goed gekomen.

Sensationell!

Also mal ganz ehrlich, mehr kann man nicht bekommen für das Geld. Wir haben 300 Euro für 2 Nächte gezahlt und haben ein super Apartment erhalten. Die Besitzerin war bei Fragen und sonstiges immer erreichbar und sofort hilfsbereit. 5 min zur Fuss an der Promenade und am Lake Maggaro. 10 min mit dem Auto nach Stresa. Wirklich Hammer! 2 Tage dort gewesen und wir wissen wir würden es auch 2 Wochen dort aushalten :) Vielen Dank für alles!!

Toll ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement.

Gute Lage für geplante Ausflüge, aber auch um einfach zu Fuß an den See zu gehen. Die Badestelle ist sauber, ohne Algen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Balkon ist schön groß und lädt zum frühstücken und Abendessen im Freien ein. Stefania war für uns immer gut erreichbar bezüglich Restauranttipps oder anderen Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einzig die Betten könnten ein bisschen bequemer sein.

Appartement fonctionnel, moderne, confortable avec jolis éclairages. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Bien situé pour visiter la région. Facile d'accès.

Assez bruyant, fenêtres ouvertes. Equipement de la cuisine trop basique quand on veut préparer un vrai repas. Une machine à café plus grande serait aussi bienvenue. Manquaient aussi une éponge et un torchon.

Le déco de l'appartement est très belle. Le petit village de Fermioli est très sympa. Il y a toujours du parking au bas de l'immeuble/

Beaucoup de points négatifs, hélas. 1. Appartement dans un très vilain immeuble délabré (non mentionné, pas d'images dans l'annonce). La situation n'évoque en rien un lieu de vacances, mais plutôt une banlieue... 2. Situé au bord d'une route à grand passage (gros camions inclus), bruyante de 7h à 22h...(non mentionné, pas d'images dans l'annonce) 3. Le petit déjeuner "italien" inclus est une blague: il est composé d'une boulloire électrique de café soluble, de croissants préambalés industriels, de céréales kelloggs et de biscuits secs. Pourquoi présenter cela comme un vrai petit déjeuner? ET surtout, le faire payer au client ... 4. Gros problèmes électriques. Après 4 jours, multiples descentes au sous-sol pour remonter le fusible. Puis, frigidaire à 10°C pendant les 2 jours restants (nourriture à la poubelle), 2 airco sur 3 défectueux, donc montée de T° à 28°c dans l'appartement.. avec l'obligation d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour avoir de l'air et donc être exposé au bruit provenant de la route 5. Devant mes remarques, l'hôte se montre sympa et se répand en excuses.. mais ne fait rien en réalité. En lisant les commentaires des années précédentes, j'ai vu que les problèmes d'électricité existent depuis au moins 2 ans. Mais l'hôte fait semblant d'être étonnée et soupçonne même ENEL (cie italienne d'électricité) de "travailler sur le réseau". Quand on insiste via whatsapp, plus personne en réponse, c'est le silence total. 6. Las, nous avons quitté les lieux un jour avant la fin de la location.... Bref, c'est bien trop cher payé.

Prachtig appartement met goede bedden. Locatie was ook top. Je wandelt zo naar het meer en daar zijn leuke restaurantjes. En Lagio Maggiore is een prachtig meer, mooier dan Como met prachtige faciliteiten.

Fine settimana rilassante sul Lago

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al secondo piano e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Struttura pulita, letto matrimoniale e cuscini molto confortevoli. Il divano letto in soggiorno invece è più scomodo da usare come letto, sia per la sua forma che per il materiale (similpelle) che fa scivolare le lenzuola. La cucina è dotata di quello che serve per cucinare in autonomia (olio, aceto, sale e pepe in bustine monodose). Colazione all'italiana abbastanza varia e abbondante. Le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere per un confort ottimale.

Sarebbe comodo avere uno stendino in terrazza per eventuale asciugatura degli asciugamani. Forse sono da cambiare certe pentole/padelle in dotazione (suggerirei sostituirle con quelle in inox).

Parfait pour explorer les sublimes abords du Lac Majeur.

Accueil par la propriétaire en personne, très avenante et très disponible. Localisation parfaite pour visiter les alentours du lac Majeur. Appartement très confortable et parfaitement équipé, propreté irréprochable.

Seul bémol, sa localisation qui est également un point positif (facilement accessible en voiture) le situe le long d’un route principale un peu bruyante. Uniquement pour les personnes très sensibles au bruit.

Laute Hauptstraße direkt neben dem Haus. Auf dem Balkon konnte man dadurch tagsüber kaum sitzen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern/Türen aber kein Problem Kontaktperson hätte etwas zuverlässiger sein können Nur eine Steckdose im 2. Schlafzimmer
