A gem with soul in a pitoresque location - perfect spot to enjoy Lago Maggiore!

Everything was perfect! Alessandra made us feel welcomed from the very first contact and had numerous good recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Location is very convenient in the pitoresque Feriolo nearby a pretty beach and lovely restaurants. The apartment is spotless, cosy, elegant and very well equiped - including all needed appliances in the kitchinette. The stunning garden with the pool is an extra-bonus! One notices the care and attention to detail which give this place a special flair of “La Dolce Vita”c😉🇮🇹We loved it and will surely come back!

Modern, clean and comfortable in a central location

Good location away from the busy village of Stresa, but still close to everything. Very friendly and obliging hosts. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, and it was perfect for that.

The lively atmosphere of the place, the view from the terrace, the flat has everything one might need including a parking space .There are shops for essentials withing walking distance. Swimming in this beautiful lake is blissful!

Nice stay!

The view was amazing. Nice people and good parking availability. Bed was also nice and the apartment is big enough.

Shower was cold, WiFi was pretty bad but the owner is willing to work on that! :) Unfortunately the apartment was not located to the garden. Be aware that some of the places are located separately. Towels were €5 a piece, bit overdone if you ask me.

Perfect apartment at Lago Maggiore

Alessandra's hospitality is amazing! We asked for an extra night in this great apartment and she did everything to help us. Each apartment is on the ground floor leading to the garden and has it's own private terrace. Inside it is all brand new and super clean and has absolutely everything you need for your stay (kitchen utensils, coffeemaker etc.) It is 100m from the calm beach. We absolutely loved it.

Incroyable !

Nous avons séjourné chez Alessandra et ce fut incroyable ! La maison est très belle, l’appartement (studio triple avec notre fille de 4 ans) entièrement neuf et parfaitement propre, très bien équipé pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. L’appartement est également climatisé. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques 😍 L’ensemble de la résidence est moderne, agencé et décoré avec goût. Il y a une place de parking sécurisée pour chacun des occupants de la résidence. De plus, elle se situe à moins de 5 minutes à pied du lac Majeur, des deux petites plages de sable de Feriolo. Le village est très joli et animé en été, avec plusieurs restaurants, bars, ainsi qu’un petit supermarché bien garni pour y faire ses courses. Bref, tout était parfait, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Parfait pour un séjour dans une résidence tout confort avec piscine rénovée avec goût

Site parfaitement aménagé et entretenu. Tout est beau, le bâtiment, le jardin, la piscine. Les détails sont soignés

La résidence est à côté d’une route passante mais une fois dans la chambre, on n’entend plus aucun bruit.

Gastvrijheid eigenaresse. Appartement waar alles op en aan zat. Heerlijk eigen privé terrasje met ligbedden en stoelen. Schoon. Lekker schoon zwembad met stoelen en parasols. Toen we samen ziek waren, bood eigenaresse meteen aan boodschappen/medicijnen voor ons te halen.

Prachtig en van alles voorzien.

Het appartement en de studio waren zeer schoon en goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Superfijne host Alessandra. Mooie locaties. Sup mochten we lenen en de man van Alessandra geeft superleuke padelclinics in het nabijgelegen indoorpadelcomplex.

Auszeit am Lago Maggiore

Schönes Appartement in einer wundervollen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Schade nur, dass es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr nahe zum See und zur Promenade.

Für den Check in musste man eine Ankunftszeit angeben, was bei einer längeren Anreise eher schwierig und stressig ist. Besser gleich Self Check in anbieten, was ja im Nachhinein auch möglich war, nachdem wir die Ankunftszeit verpasst hatten.

In een woord fantastisch

De accommodatie was kraakhelder schoon, kleinschalig ( 4 appartementen) geweldige tuin en zwembad , zeer goed onderhouden en verzorgd. Parkeren op eigen terrein . De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en gaf goede tips voor een uitstapje en heel goed advies voor diverse restaurantjes die op minder dan 5 minuten lopen waren. Kortom, een fantastische vakantie op een super lokatie.

Séjour très agréable .

Le jardin est magnifique , la chambre confortable et spacieuse avec une jolie terrasse . La situation à 3 minutes du lac à pied permet de trouver des restaurants à proximité . Un accueil très agréable de la part d’Alessandra .

Le seul petit bémol est la situation en bord d’une route passante , aucun bruit dans la chambre mais bruit des voitures dans le jardin…

Gerne wieder

Zimmer genau wie auf den Bilder, super ausreichend. Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Außenanlagen war super schön, noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Pool ist auch sehr groß. Vermieterin super freundlich und leicht zu kontaktieren lief alles Problemlos und Stressfrei.

Es ist etwas hellhörig und die Straße hört man auch, aber wahnsinnig schlimm ist es nicht.

Struttura accogliente e curata nel dettaglio in zona comoda e tranquilla, ampio bagno ed estrema pulizia, ambiente veramente accogliente e confortevole, giardino super curato ed ideale per un pomeriggio rilassante in piscina, veramente consigliato! Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile.
