L’appartamento è veramente dotato di tutti i comfort, dalla cucina totalmente attrezzata (macchinetta del caffè, tostapane, bollitore, pentole etc) persino con stoviglie dedicate ai bambini, fino alla camera da letto finemente arredata con biancheria in tono e di qualità, così come gli asciugamani da bagno. Comunicazione ottima con i proprietari, sempre gentili e disponibili. Spazi ampi sia in salotto sia sul balcone con splendida vista sulle montagne. Zona tranquilla, parcheggio libero e gratuito proprio davanti all’appartamento. In salotto ci sono persino dei giochi per bambini a disposizione oltre ad una grande TV sia con canali via cavo sia collegata ad Internet. Anche in camera da letto Smart TV
La cosa più bella, sicuramente il soppalco con un altro posto letto, i bambini ne andranno matti.
Insomma tutto perfetto, peccato essere rimasti per poco tempo.

Sehr schöne Anreiseinformation mit Bildern und genauen Beschreibungen per WhatsApp, alles für eine ausgiebige Selbstversorgung vorhanden, beide Räume klimatisiert, extrem großer Balkon mit Esstisch für 4 Personen, immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gefunden, sehr schnelle Reaktion nach Stromausfall, vom Verkehr auf der Hauptstr. nichts zu hören, die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr neu und praktisch, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, ausreichend Schrankplatz ist vorhanden, Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr gute Mülltrennung!
TV anscheinend nur über Internet mit den notwendigen Zugängen möglich, Habe ich aber weiter nicht genutzt.
Die Unterkunft wird, meiner Meinung nach, überbewertet. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und Balkon. Diese befindet sich im 2. OG Dies ist auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen, da sich die Haustür auf der Rückseite befindet und es hinter dem Haus eine Etage tiefer ist.
Im Kühlschrank befand sich Butter, Milch und diverse alkoholfreie Getränke, auf einem 3 stufigen Regal das Frühstück:
Portionsbehälter mit Marmelade + Nutella, Kaffeesahne, Kaffeekapseln, Muffins, Kekse, und verschiedene Riegel.
Somit haben wir das inkludierte Frühstück für die gesamte Mietdauer gefunden? Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee (habe ich schmerzlich vermisst) gibt es nicht.
Bitte nicht den Backofen und den Wasserkocher / Haartrockner gleichzeitig benutzen. Die Wohnung wird mit einer Leistung( wie in Italien üblich) von 3000 Watt versorgt. Wer das weiß hat keinen Stromausfall.

The place really was stunning, so it is seriously renoveted - new kitchen, new bathroom, new furnitures, beautiful. Every equipment was new as well - if there'll going to be a chance in the future, that I would come to this area again, I would be glad to choose Casa Arnold once more.
It's not really a negative thing, but I think, the description said that it includes breakfast and the owner wrote us in WhatsApp as well, that they filled up the fridge. Well... it was not really a breakfast, they were rather snacks. It is totally fine, just do not promise breakfast, when you leave some snacks in the apartment. I completely consider this as a rather minor issue, the positive things were much-much greater than this.
