Modern, stunning, clean.

The place really was stunning, so it is seriously renoveted - new kitchen, new bathroom, new furnitures, beautiful. Every equipment was new as well - if there'll going to be a chance in the future, that I would come to this area again, I would be glad to choose Casa Arnold once more.

It's not really a negative thing, but I think, the description said that it includes breakfast and the owner wrote us in WhatsApp as well, that they filled up the fridge. Well... it was not really a breakfast, they were rather snacks. It is totally fine, just do not promise breakfast, when you leave some snacks in the apartment. I completely consider this as a rather minor issue, the positive things were much-much greater than this.

Magnifico! Non vedo l’ora di ritornare!!!

L’appartamento è veramente dotato di tutti i comfort, dalla cucina totalmente attrezzata (macchinetta del caffè, tostapane, bollitore, pentole etc) persino con stoviglie dedicate ai bambini, fino alla camera da letto finemente arredata con biancheria in tono e di qualità, così come gli asciugamani da bagno. Comunicazione ottima con i proprietari, sempre gentili e disponibili. Spazi ampi sia in salotto sia sul balcone con splendida vista sulle montagne. Zona tranquilla, parcheggio libero e gratuito proprio davanti all’appartamento. In salotto ci sono persino dei giochi per bambini a disposizione oltre ad una grande TV sia con canali via cavo sia collegata ad Internet. Anche in camera da letto Smart TV La cosa più bella, sicuramente il soppalco con un altro posto letto, i bambini ne andranno matti. Insomma tutto perfetto, peccato essere rimasti per poco tempo.

Schöne Wohnung, aber nicht exzellent

Sehr schöne Anreiseinformation mit Bildern und genauen Beschreibungen per WhatsApp, alles für eine ausgiebige Selbstversorgung vorhanden, beide Räume klimatisiert, extrem großer Balkon mit Esstisch für 4 Personen, immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gefunden, sehr schnelle Reaktion nach Stromausfall, vom Verkehr auf der Hauptstr. nichts zu hören, die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr neu und praktisch, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, ausreichend Schrankplatz ist vorhanden, Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr gute Mülltrennung! TV anscheinend nur über Internet mit den notwendigen Zugängen möglich, Habe ich aber weiter nicht genutzt.

Die Unterkunft wird, meiner Meinung nach, überbewertet. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und Balkon. Diese befindet sich im 2. OG Dies ist auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen, da sich die Haustür auf der Rückseite befindet und es hinter dem Haus eine Etage tiefer ist. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Butter, Milch und diverse alkoholfreie Getränke, auf einem 3 stufigen Regal das Frühstück: Portionsbehälter mit Marmelade + Nutella, Kaffeesahne, Kaffeekapseln, Muffins, Kekse, und verschiedene Riegel. Somit haben wir das inkludierte Frühstück für die gesamte Mietdauer gefunden? Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee (habe ich schmerzlich vermisst) gibt es nicht. Bitte nicht den Backofen und den Wasserkocher / Haartrockner gleichzeitig benutzen. Die Wohnung wird mit einer Leistung( wie in Italien üblich) von 3000 Watt versorgt. Wer das weiß hat keinen Stromausfall.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Das hat man selten.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnkomplex ist ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter haben uns sogar für den Start ein Frühstückspaket zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Milch, Butter und Kaltgetränke. Es gab Teebeubeutel, Kaffemilch, Nutella, Marmelade, kleine Küchlein, Müsli, Müsliriegel, Kekse...Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch am Lago Maggiore diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Das Einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre eine Lampe über dem Esstisch.

Heerlijk appartement. Super schoon een nieuwe plek. Paar minuten lopen naar het meer. In een rustig maar fijn dorpje met een paar goede restaurants. Alles was aanwezig en fijn contact met de verhuurder. Ik raad dit heel erg aan. Komen graag terug.

Heerlijk verblijf in Feriolo aan het Lago Maggiore

Uitstekend appartement, zeer comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Waarschijnlijk heel recent gerenoveerd want was erg modern ingericht. Goed uitgeruste keuken , ontbijt werd in voorzien (voorverpakt) en was ruim voldoende. Zelfs melk, boter en fris in de koelkast. Parkeerplaats voor het appartementencomplex. Terras buiten op balkon, prima badkamer en ruime slaapkamer. Leuk dorpje aan het meer met enkele prima restaurantjes. Mooie omgeving met veel oude grandeur.

We hadden graag iets meer licht boven de eettafel gehad want tijdens de maaltijden of lezen aan tafel was het vrij donker. Dat was werkelijk het enige!

Séjour au top et superbe appartement: on a adoré!

L’appartement est hyper confortable et très fidèle aux photos. Très moderne et fonctionnel, avec tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien ainsi que bien fourni en snack et autres choses pour le petit déjeuner. Il est aussi très bien situé pour visiter les environs dont les îles Borromées. Et Feriolo est un joli petit village. Les hôtes sont également super sympas, joignables et très attentionnés, on peut compter sur eux! Bref nous reviendrons dans hésiter dans ce logement si l’on doit séjourner de nouveau au Lac Majeur.

Feriolo agréable et pratique pour visiter les îles Borromées

Le logement est très placé pour visiter les îles en voiture et profiter à pieds du village de Feriolo (plage et restaurants) Le parking est pratique et gratuit. Le petit buffet pour le déjeuner est très appréciable aussi. La communication facile et claire. La literie est bonne, le logement était propre et bien équipé, les petites attentions dans le frigo et la salle de bain ont été les bienvenues. Nous recommandons !

Logements agréable et cosy! petit buffet pour snack et petit déjeuner (lait beurre au frigo) bien fourni. Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊!

Malheureusement la machine à café ne fonctionnais pas bien. Le propriétaire a été mis au courant et fera sûrement le nécessaire.
