The kitchen and the bathroom have been updated and are still relatively new. Good TV.
The property has a major problem with humidity and fungus. The apartment is on the ground floor of an old stone house that has unfinished outside facade. The stench of humidity is overwhelming and there is fungus on the wall in the living room when you enter the apartment due to poor finishings. We had a major problem with WiFi-in a few moments that it worked it had a very weak signal. The apartment also doesn’t have the Air-conditioning units (something to take into consideration) anywhere and the temps get too hot at night or too cold in the morning. The stairs have no handrail and are very steep and dangerous to climb down. Also, the second room is so tiny, it fits only a small full size bed and nothing else (maybe a tiny chair)- in reality this is a smaller about 50m2 one bedroom unit converted in two. The apartment gets very loud at night due to rail station being very close and people parking car next to the apartment window. There is a very strong street light shining right in the bedroom windows (one bedroom has a non-see through blind but the other one doesn’t) and construction/abandoned buildings next to the apartment. The location is very far away from the little town center. At 120 euro a night (including cleaning), this is all unacceptable.
