Was great! Really cozy and you got everything you need

It was modern and cozy. Everything was clean when we arrived. Max was really friendly and gave us some advices where to go. The whole stay was great! I highly recommend them!

Just that the bedroom is open and there’s no door to close upstairs. You can hear everything from downstairs if somebody’s using the kitchen.

Good Appartement for short stay

There is a nice terrace where you seat in the evening and drink wine with the view on this small town street, near to church. It has got something romantic. Appartement is modern with enough place for 4.

We would prefer separate bed rooms. In this apartment you will find all beds upstairs. You may use sofa in the living room, but it is less comfortable.

Beautiful stay to explore Baveno and its environment

Beautiful apartment, perfect to stay for a short period to explore Baveno and its environment. Bedroom was big and comfortable, just like the bathroom (amazing shower)! The smart tv was a plus to enjoy a cosy movie night!

The kitchen was not equipped with herbs / olive oil / soap / towels. Be sure to bring €150 as a deposit, this should be added to the Booking info in my opinion.

Passable

The kitchen and the bathroom have been updated and are still relatively new. Good TV.

The property has a major problem with humidity and fungus. The apartment is on the ground floor of an old stone house that has unfinished outside facade. The stench of humidity is overwhelming and there is fungus on the wall in the living room when you enter the apartment due to poor finishings. We had a major problem with WiFi-in a few moments that it worked it had a very weak signal. The apartment also doesn’t have the Air-conditioning units (something to take into consideration) anywhere and the temps get too hot at night or too cold in the morning. The stairs have no handrail and are very steep and dangerous to climb down. Also, the second room is so tiny, it fits only a small full size bed and nothing else (maybe a tiny chair)- in reality this is a smaller about 50m2 one bedroom unit converted in two. The apartment gets very loud at night due to rail station being very close and people parking car next to the apartment window. There is a very strong street light shining right in the bedroom windows (one bedroom has a non-see through blind but the other one doesn’t) and construction/abandoned buildings next to the apartment. The location is very far away from the little town center. At 120 euro a night (including cleaning), this is all unacceptable.

Bello, comodo, e accogliente

Modo di arredare la casa. Comodità delle strutture. La casa è super accogliente e arredata davvero bene, la struttura dà una grande accoglienza e grandi vibes. Box doccia molto belli, camera nel sottotetto fantastica.

Il forno viene attivato sotto richiesta da chi se ne occupa, questo ha creato non pochi problemi, visto che siamo arrivati con tre teglie di lasagne da cuocere. È una cosa fatta per preservare il circuito elettrico, ma è davvero scomodo. Mancano delle cose essenziali, ma ci sono cose incredibili: ci sono bollitore, macchina del caffè, microonde...ma non delle presine, o almeno non le abbiamo trovate.
