Great place next to Lake Major

Spacious apartment, great location and view, easy parking, nice terrace and garden on level 1, good kitchen.

We asked for 5 sets of sheets but host left 2 pairs for double bed and 1 pair for a single bed. We have 2 kids who don't sleep together so we needed an extra set for the single bed which we got on Saturday evening only after some insistence from our end as it was important for us, also as duvets/quilts had no covers and one smelt a bit. It would have helped to know that we needed to bring our own dish washer soap. Some extra pillows would also have been welcome.

Superb

Excellent, large apartment for 5 members family. Large rooms, with enough furniture. Everything was working not so used. Two balconies, one connected directly to the kitchen and one is connected to two sleeping rooms. Parking on the property of house. Excellent communication with the renting agency and house owner. Even though the house was build around 60 or 80 years of the 20 century inside was used luxury materials. All windows are equipped with sun blinds. City centre is reachable by 15 minutes by walk. No source of noise in the neighbour.

Missing air conditioning, especially in the summer. Little bit of noise on the street but from the Italian´s perspective is the house on the quiet place. The fridge even though we changed the settins the fridge was not cooling enough. One shower stall wasn't tight and after showering was the watter on the floor. In the area are mosqitos and the house has no mosqito nets. Italian plugs socket that are not compatibile with EU, needed conversion plug - equipped inside.

Mal équipé Aucun plat prévu pour le four Pas de bouilloire 1 échantillon de savon et 1 échantillon de shampooing 3 rouleaux de papier wc pour 3 personnes sejour de 5 jours Le canapé etait inconfortable Aucun balai ni pelle Rien pour nettoyer un minimum l appartement Logement très mal insonorisé et qui sentait le tabac froid alors qu il etait non fumeur La vaisselle n était pas très propre et j ai dû la relaver

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äusserst schnell und unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr effizient und einfach. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man im Zentrum von Baveno. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut geeignet für 6 Personen (wir waren 6 Erwachsene). Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist auch für ein SUV geeignet.

Der Esstisch im Haus ist etwas klein für 6 Erwachsene.

Lage wie erwartet

Der Geschirrspüler war vom ersten Tag an defekt. Trotz Urgenz und Zusage einer Reparatur durch Agentur und zufällig vorbeigekommenen Eigentümer wurde nichts gemacht. Die Parkplatzregelung wurde durch Mieter eines weiteren Apartments im Haus offenbar nicht eingehalten. Nach weiterer Urgenz wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir sollten uns selbst darum kümmern

Úžasný apartmán s nádherným výhledem na jezero

Fantastická poloha s úžasným výhledem na jezero velký byt s perfektně vybavenou kuchyni, dvě terasy, tři ložnice, dvě koupelny klidné okolí, pračka v jedné z koupelen, vše velmi čiste, parkování pod oknem ve dvoře objektu, byli jsme velmi spokojeni, rozhodně se chceme vrátit , byli jsme dva manželské páry a měli jsme naprostý dostatek soukromí. Mnohokrát děkujeme .

Super wakacje - polecamy

Duże mieszkanie, polecam serdecznie. Układ mieszkania super dla większych grup, miasteczko piękne, 10 minut spacerem do centrum. 5 minut autem do marketu. Gospodarz bardzo serdeczny. Śmiało mogę polecić.

Pod szafą leżały spodnie dziecięce, ewidentnie spadek po poprzednich gościach, poza tym spoko.

L’appartement était propre et bien équipé !

Appartement en RDC exposé Nord- Est, donc ne recevant aucun rayon de soleil. Il ne bénéficie d’aucun mode de chauffage, le système centrale est verrouillé de façon à dissuader les occupants de bénéficier d’une température descente en période de pluie ou de froid même modéré Nous avons donc passé, la première semaine de mai, 5 nuits et 4 journées avec une température ne dépassant pas 15 degrés dans la salle de vie et 13/14 dans la chambre et la SDB , et ce dans une ambiance humide et sombre. Logement a réserver essentiellement en période de grandes chaleurs.
