Nice apartment for the value.
Monica met us outside of the apartment which was very helpful. She was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was cosy and clean, but we didn't expect having a bathroom only on the second floor with a very steep spiral staircase. It is just not for everyone and I wish someone would have mentioned it. The location was good, only 6 minutes to drive to a very charming Baveno and 10 minutes to Stressa.
I think to update the kitchen supplies would benefit this apartment. There were no extra bed linen or blanket.

Séjour très agréable dans petit hameau loin de la foule de Stresa
Très bon accueil par Monica la propriétaire. Logement propre, bien aménagé, très calme ( dans le hameau de Campino, reculé de la foule de Stresa). Il correspond à la description, est bien situé pour visiter le lac Majeur, les Iles Borrommeo, le lac d'Orta, ... La cour partagée est agréable ( nous étions seuls sur un peu plus de la moitié du séjour et avons apprécié car la promiscuité peut-être génante en fonction des voisins!). La clim a été appréciable ainsi que son mode déshumidification car nous avons eu un peu de pluie au cours de notre semaine. Le logement possède une place de parking sécurisée à quelques mètres ce qui est bien agréable car il est difficile de se garer dans ce hameau typique. Très belle vue sur le lac Majeur, Isola Bella et Dei Pescatori depuis le parking.
Logement ayant tendance à être humide au rez de chaussé. Attention le lit superposé (différent de la photo) n'a pas de barrière pour le lit du haut.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la région. Le logement est une pièce unique avec cuisine et salle de bain. Parking sur un terrain à proximité. Propriétaires sympathiques.
Fin avril début mai, Logement très très humide. L'eau suintait en bas des murs !!!!

Très bon séjour passé au calme, avec une belle vue, tout en restant proche des villes principales.
Joli logement situé au calme mais proche de Stresa et de ses attractions touristiques. Le logement en lui même et très charmant avec une belle cheminée et une belle vue garantie depuis le balcon, mais aussi depuis le parking!
