Good location, spacious and had everything you could want

The apartment is very wide, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a long stay.
The view from the apartment is very good, especially in spring.
The electrical appliances in the apartment work well. (I didn't need to turn on the air conditioner)
The balcony is spacious and there is room for many people on it.
The owner of the apartment responds to messages in English, which is a luxury in Italy. :)
The location of the apartment is perfect if you travel by car. (There are very large parking next to the building). But if you travel to Italy without car be prepared for a 1.2 to 1.8 km long walk every day to important locations in Baveno like: bus stops, train station, supermarkets, ferry port, etc.
The apartment is indeed very good, but it needs better maintenance and better cleaning! The toilet lid needs repair. In addition, there were moths in the apartment.
I found long hairs (obviously not mine) everywhere in the bathroom and even in the other rooms!
The cleaning of the bathroom needs to be improved!
(The apartment deserves a rating of 9 or even 10, but because of the cleanliness, I left an 8.)
