The pool can be with temperature control ,I mean it would not hurt that you don’t freeze with the pool water. Beds are not that comfortable. I mean people stay there for a while they can invest in comfy matrices

Great view with potential for improvement

The apartment has a spectacular view of the lake and a great pool area.

The apartment is outdated and damaged at several spots. The kitchen is equipped at a minimum. Don‘t forget to bring toilet paper and cleaning agents.

Disappointing

The view from the balcony is beautiful . The pool is clean and provides nice refreshment.

We had a room with a sofa. It was impossible to sleep on it well. My back and neck hurt horribly. The villa is with thin walls. You can hear people speak.. shout.. run the stairs up and down. No privacy at all. Its located on a hill and if you choose to walk to city by foot you can get killed.. there are no ways for people only road for cars. We left the villa earlier because we didn’t like the stay.

Disappointing

The view of the isles and the lake are amazing but it doesn’t worth the discomfort and the poor customer service !

The property doesn’t have heating and for people visiting end of September beginning of October during the night can be really cold. The agency we booked with refused to provide us the heating. On the top of it one day before our departure they send an email claiming we should leave the apartment one day before our booking as they have rented to someone else. Very poor management! Very poor customer service. No fresh towels ! No bed sheets - they gave us 2 dirty quilts with hairs from previous persons. The view is nice but it doesn’t worth the discomfort.

Bene, ma non benissimo

Vista spettacolare sul lago, come nelle foto. Appartamento luminoso e spazioso in zona silenziosa. Ben fornito di piatti, bicchieri, pentole, cavatappi, aspirapolvere, ferro e asse da stiro, lavastoviglie, eccetera. Tutto nuovo. Ampio parcheggio.

Il problema più grosso che abbiamo avuto è il termosifone in sala completamente freddo. È venuto anche un idraulico che però non ha risolto, non avendo la valvola di ricambio a causa delle festività natalizie. La persona dell'agenzia ci ha trovato una stufetta che ha mitigato un pò il freddo. Ma immagino sia un problema che non si ripeterà. Mancavano dettagli per rendere perfetto l'appartamento, ad esempio, mancavano: sottopentole, detersivo per piatti, appoggi per i vestiti in bagno, porta carta igienica, portaspazzolini da denti... c'era la macchina del caffè, ma nessuna cialda... tv solo in tedesco...

Le site... avec la vue !!! SUPERBE . pas facile d'accés mais tout se mérite !!! Très calme si des voisins sont corrects à 3 heures du matin ? Non sur ce plan rien a redire. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour.

Alors c'est le problème qui " fait tache " . En arrivant pile à l'heure prévue .... je n'ai rien retenu , enfin c'est se que prétendent les 2 personnes de l'accueil! Pour corser le tout j'ai le gros défaut de ne pas parler anglais ou allemand. N'ayant pas d'autres solutions pour trouver un autre hébergement .... j' ai dit que j'allais en trouver un avec l'aide des carabinièris. Et là miracle ils ont téléphoné à l'agence sur Baveno la gérante est montée en personne régler le différent. Gravo à Elle et à sa gentillesse mais aussi à son PROFESSIONNALISME. Bravo , bravo et MERCI encore !!! Alain

Beliggenheden var virkelig smuk

Betaling var virkelig bøvlet. overførsel til 2 konti i hhv. Schweiz og Tyskland og kontant betaling ved nøgle afhentning. Ingen Aircondition. Derudover så var væggene papirstynde hvilket var forfærdeligt når naboerne havde en meget larmende pige på ca 1 år.
