The location, the garage, big teracce, washingmashine. Carlo was Ane excellent host, always available and he has even made a guide for the area to make your stay perfect, thank you Carlo 🤩🇮🇹❤️

Fantastic stay

Ideal location for exploring Lake Maggiore. Carlo was brilliant, great communication and very helpful. He even sent a guide with info on area, restaurants etc with links to Google maps for each place. Would highly recommend to all, we certainly plan to revisit.

Exceptional

A very nice, spacious and modern appartment, with a beautiful view on the lago magiore. The appartment is well equiped and the private parking box is a plus. Baveno is a good starting point for the visit of the boromean islands, stresa, a walk in the mountains (and even a visit to milan by train). Carlo, the host, gave us many good tips on visiting spots, restaurants,... Definitely a recommendation

We had a great time at this property. Key to that experience is the host Carlo.

The property was very nice, clean and contemporary. It does have all you need for a practical stay and offered all the utilities we needed for our family. The best aspect of the whole experience is the host Carlo. He is very customer focused, professional and caring. He made us feel like we had a VIP pass to the Taj Mahal.

There was nothing we were missing. Well done.

Geweldig ruim appartement met heerlijke buitenruimte met uitzicht.

Compleet, luxe, schoon appartement met uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore. De auto kan in de privé garage, àlles automatisch bediend. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame host Carlo.

Klein puntje: een wat gehorige toiletventilatie. Hield overigens na enige tijd vanzelf op.

Déçus!

Arrivee en autonomie. Emplacement de l'appartement à 15 minutes du centre à pieds. Garage privatif. Climatisation. Bon conseils du gérant. Carlo a remédié à notre problème de ménage. Il a été très réactif. Et toujours disponible. Malgré cela nous avons été très déçus car le rapport qualité/prix n'y etait pas! Il y a beaucoup d'amélioration à apporter à cet appartement.

Nous avons été déçus des équipements.(pas de machine à café, pas de bouteille d'eau au frais pour l'accueil.)Et de l'état du logement à notre arrivée.Le ménage n'avait pas été fait correctement. Le logement manque vraiment de charme. Il y a une immense terrasse, pas une plante pour égayer un peu la déco. Cela ne valait pas le prix que nous avons payé.

L appartement était de bonnes dimensions, grande armoire dans la chambre à coucher, meuble salle de bain très pratique, vue et terrasse magnifiques, le parking est top avec l accès direct à l appartement, environnement très calme et le propriétaire est très réactif, disponible et sympathique

Éventuellement la douche de petite taille et quelques ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler
