Gutes Design, schöner öffentlicher Strand in der Nähe, Ausblick zum See, sauber
Wir mussten für den ID Check nochmals nachträglich in Persona in das Büro in Stresa. Dort gibt es keine Parkplätze und man muss sich an die Öffnungszeiten des Büros anpassen. Laut eigenen Angaben war das nötig, weil es dafür Gesetze in Italien gibt. Für uns hat das Aufwand bedeutet, bei dem unnötige Urlaubszeit vergeudet wurde. In anderen Unterkünften in Italien war das tatsächlich nicht nötig. Der Preis für die Unterkunft war außerdem etwas zu hoch. Das scheint in Italien aber zu dieser Zeit normal zu sein. Location.
Just a few walk from the church and the train station. We were happy to be based in Baveno compared to Stresa which is busy.
The apartment is huge and it is well-maintained.
You have to personally present yourselves in Stresa to verify your identity. But it was quick. You will visit that town anyway.
