A beautiful lake stay

The location was really convenient for us to visit Baveno and the local area. The apartment was elegant and very well styled, whilst also being practical and comfortable. The staff were available via messages to help with different situations. We had a slight lake view from the lounge which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped too. We parked inside the condominium but there was also lots of free parking available in the area (we visited in February)

Our stay was very comfortable, however we were disappointed in the beginning as the photos showed a lake view from both the lounge and the bedroom, however those photos are taken from the same room on a different floor - the lower floor didnt have that view in the bedroom unfortunately. It didn't affect our stay much but I wish we had known before. Also there is a shower hose next to the toilet but no proper bidet.

Easily correctable host errors

Nice space

No building number and the name of the building is different than the welcome email name which caused me to walk around for 15 mins. Asking to leave 2 euro per person per day in cash is super low class. Out of date check in instructions. 50 euro fee if no garbage removal?! Nonsense.

Disappointing experience, far away from premium stay, based on whats availalbe inside

Cleaness, staff.

Kitchen towel with holes; doors cant be closed when guest bed is opened; wc paper is thin as air; no noise isplation - can hear how chairs being moved; church bells very close; railwail extremely close - that cant sleep during night. No salt, pepper, olive oil - doesnt feel like in Italy, nor premium apartments as its show on photos. Shower very bad ventilaiton -after 3 min in shower all furniture wet.

Communication - i’ve sent email (received confirmation) that this is me who booked stay with teo reservations, despite i have received whatsapp qns when im cheking out, as well staff member for unknow reason where entering room. Also kitchen towel - with holes, chair covers - with stains, no salt/pepper/oil; far away from “premium” :/, doors cant be closed when bed is made for sleep. Bad sound isolation.

The location is perfect and convenient to reach isola Bella and other islands . Overall the apartment is quiet also pretty comfortable .

The waterproofing of the shower area is not well done. When using the handheld shower head, it's very easy for water to splash outside the shower enclosure, causing significant water accumulation on the bathroom floor.

Komfortables Appartement für kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, etwa 100 m vom See entfernt. Das Appartement ist mit Geschmack und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist neu und komfortabel. Viel Platz für 2 Personen. Parkplatz für 10€ pro Tag. Sehr empfehlenswert für kurze Aufenthalte. Die Bahnlinie hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum.

Der Blick auf die Bahnlinie statt auf den See hat mich etwas enttäuscht. Die Einfahrt ist ziemlich eng. Mit großem Auto eine Herausforderung. Die Wohnung ist für mehr als 2-3 Personen eher ungeeignet: das ausgezogene Schlafsofa versperrt die Schlafzimmer Tür. Im Bad ist der Vorhang zu kurz: man muss improvisieren um das Fenster zuzudecken. Das muss geändert werden! Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt: es wäre praktischer wenn es mehr Besteck und Teller, Tassen gäbe, sonst läuft die Spülmaschine halb leer.

Comodo, tranquillo.

Baveno centro: comodossimo il lago raggiungibile a piedi. Bellissima la chiesa con il portico davanti alla casa, da vedere alla sera.

Das Haus ist etwas ringhörig, der Lift piepst nach jedem Tür öffnen. Die Heizung war am 2. Tag ausgefallen. Zum Glück konnte mann die Wohnung mit der Klimaanlage temperieren.

Na pewno wrócimy

Pokój piękny, starannie zaprojektowany, bardzo przytulny. Znajduje się w nim wszystko czego potrzeba aby miło spędzić czas. Czysta pościel, wygodne łóżka. Wszystko było nienaganne. Zadbane pokoje. Bardzo łatwy self check-in. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko wybrzeża, portu x którego odpływają statki na wyspy. Niedaleko noclegu znajduje się sklep, wiele restauracji, które działają nawet po za sezonem.

Wolny internet, ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

Moderno e funzionale, a due passi dal centro. Recentemente ristrutturato, letto duro, ma confortevole, ampia doccia e ampia smart TV. Cucinotto attrezzato di tutto il necessario! Consigliamo e non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci.

Un appartement/hôtel qui vaut le détour. Le centre ville du petit village est très proche et la ville de Stresa est rapidement accessible. Cet apparthotel est le point de chute idéal pour visiter les îles Borromée au départ de baveno.

La struttura è nuova e davvero bella e pulita.

Staff totalmente impreparato. Hanno sbagliato ad indicarci l’importo della tassa di soggiorno, salvo poi venire a chiederci ulteriore denaro.

Schicke, neue, ruhige Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Baveno - Aussergewöhnlich

Die Lage ist hervorragend, im Zentrum, mit Kirche und Kreuzgang, aber total ruhig. Von unserem Zimmer Blick auf den See. Modernes Gebäude, alles neu, sehr stylish in Artdeco eingerichtet. 5 Min. vom See. Die Umgebung bietet viele, attraktive Ausflugsziele, eine sehr schöne Uferpromenade mit vielen Lokalen. Ein lebendiger Ort.

Die Küchenausstattung ist zu knapp bemessen, alles abgezählt für 3 Personen. Zu wenig für die Benutzung der Spülmaschine. Es gibt keinen Stauraum für Lebensmittel oder sonstiges Zubehör. Informationen zum Thema Abfallbeseitigung (inkl Mülltüten) wären nützlich. Nützlich wäre auch eine Garderobe im Flur, Platz genug ist da. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verläuft unpersönlich per Email. Der Empfang im EG war nur 1x besetzt. Gut wären Infos, an welchen Tagen/Zeiten Personal vor Ort da wäre. Nützlich wäre auch 1 Hocker im Bad.

Mooie plek,.maar kan nog wat beter uitgerust worden

De ligging van dit nieuwe appartement is perfect, midden in het pittoreske centrum van Baveno. Parkeerplaats is ruim en goed bereikbaar. Eerste indruk is goed.

De badkamer en met name de douche is niet zo heel schoon. Daarnaast zijn er een aantal minpunten; weinig aflegruimte in badkamer, niet voldoende servies voor 4 personen, aantal stopcontacten niet afgewerkt en in een slaapkamer erg harde matrassen.

Tres bel établissement au coeur du Lac Majeur.

Tout est bien dans l’appartement. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, le parking est le bienvenue car vous pouvez tout faire à pied dans la ville. Le balcon est suffisant pour deux ! C’était très bien.

Nous avions réservé en last minute, et nous n’étions pas attendu. Pas très agréable quand on arrive dans un appartement qui n’est pas préparé pour vous. La communication était un peu compliqué et la courtoisie pas tellement au rendez-vous ! Dommage car l’appartement est parfait.
