The view from our apartment was spectacular! The apartment was clean and fresh, and the location is excellent with a convenient parking lot. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool!

What we didn’t know, and would like to point out, is that there’s no shower gel, shampoo, cooking oil, salt, pepper, or similar basics provided — but this wasn’t a problem at all.

Fabulous in every way!

Great location as Baveno a lovely little town with excellent ferry connections for exploring. Apartment beautiful with high quality furniture and appliances. Excellent communication which made the trip easy.

Pool cool but that was more weather driven and not any different to other places we have been. However still enjoyed it and the view when you’re in there is epic!

One of the best places I ever stayed in - stunning view!

Generally, one of the best places I ever stayed in. First of all, the whole process of check-in/out was super easy. You receive a message with all the needed instructions and codes to do the self check in. The communication throughout the whole stay (before and after as well) was remarkable. Fabiola always answered right away, was super helpfull and very nice. The apartments themselves are very good. We stayed in two, apartments Air and Wind (1st floor). They were modern, spacious and had a stunning view to the lake. You also get a free wine bottle as a bonus. The area is also very peaceful and at 5-10 min walk from the center of Baveno. The facilities of the apartment are really 5 stars. Amazing pool, big garden that was really well taken care of with 7-8 beach chairs, and a cozy barbecue area. I highly recommend the place!!

The only suggestions I would give are: - to leave more toilet paper and tabs for the dishwasher (1x per night would be nice). - for the barbecue, there were no grilling utensils available, it would be nice to have some.

Lovely Baveno apartment

Lovely modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Lots of space and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. Lovely views from the balcony. The host was friendly and helpful. Baveno is a beautiful little place, and you can get boats to all the neighbouring resorts and islands easily. It is a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the apartment up a hill from Baveno, but this wasn't a problem for us.

Pool was a little disappointing. I couldn't go in as it was freezing cold and full of insects floating on the surface. A 300 euro deposit is required when you arrive, either cash or on a credit card.

A gem of an apartment in Lago Maggiore

The view is amazing! The apartment is smartly set up, and they provided everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was large with a large table to be able to enjoy the view while eating meals. Large bathroom and shower that worked wonderfully. The pool was clean, and the garden was well kept.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on as it was on a slant and not flat.

The apartment block was very well kept and so beautifully clean. We had the warmest welcome from the Host Laura and the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a gesture that was greatly appreciated. the grounds were stunning and just the right amount of apartments for the size of the pool and sun beds they had. we made full use of the laundry room during our stay which meant we went home with clean washing at no additional cost!

The location in terms of the view you had was exceptional however getting to any shops without transport ie on foot meant having to walk in the road as there was no footpath. This was dangerous as we had young children and there was lots of bends on the road. my advice would be in general for this area to get a car. The train was brilliant to get to Stresa when it came but not always on time and sometimes they cancelled trains meaning we had to get a Taxi which are so hard to get and very expensive. we had a family wedding that we needed to get to in Stresa which Laura the host organised and she really couldn’t do enough for us. thank you Laura!

Nice view on the lake, apartment and balcony sufficiently large enough. Herbs in the garden. More or less enough parking space.

Pool is too cool and small, too much chlor in it (my kids had skin problems after some days). Street is too noisy with Italiens driving a steep narrow street with 60 km/h in the middle of the night. Equipment in kitchen is not sufficient, essential components like salt and pepper or a cutting plate missing. TV is crap, just some Italien and Russian /Chinese propoganda channels. Only one blanket for the parents bed. Air conditioning is making noise in the middle of the night even so switched off (you have to switch it off completesly at the switch board).

Beautiful and new apartment complex, inside is even better than the photos and so is outside. Lovely pool and sitting area which is always clean. Easy private and guarded parking. The view you get is just wonderful again every single morning. Laura our host was great, speaks perfect english and had fun tips for our holiday, thank you! We liked everything, but if we had to say something is that we have had some noise from the apartment above us. And a fence at the swimming pool for little children would be nice. And some more sunning beds in the garden.

Great place to stay in Baveno!

The View has, not surprisingly a great view! We had a very modern, 2 bedroom appartment. Airco could be adjusted separately in three different rooms. Nice balcony. Parking was no problem. You can walk to the city centre. Laura was flexible with picking up and dropping off the key. They took their Covid measures seriously. zWe really enjoyed our stay! Baveno is a nice place. Go for swimming to Mergozzo (15 min away), also nice little town to visit. But do know that in weekends it gets busy especially in the high season (like everywhere in Italy).

Tolle Unterkunft. Empfehlenswert.

Die Aussicht war einfach Klasse. Die Terrasse hat ein super Größe mit Esstisch, Liege und Hängestuhl. Schöne große Dusche. Alles hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Auto hatte eine guten, verschlossenen Parkplatz.

Der Hund von den Nachbarn hat öfter mal genervt, in dem er permanent gebellt hat. Und, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein um vom Ort zur Unterkunft zu kommen. Aber, dadurch halt die Klasse Aussicht (Traumhaft).

Super appartement in een leuke centrale plaats!

Het uitzicht was top. Heerlijk zwembad met lekkere ligweide. Appartement was fris en schoon. Ligging is erg centraal. Baveno is leuk en van hieruit reis je makkelijk naar andere leuke plekken. Super!

Grande qualité. Quasiment parfait.

L'emplacement, la vue, la gestion à distance de la location (boîte à clés et procédure d'arrivée et de sortie très précise), le parking, la douche, les petites attentions dans le frigo à notre arrivée : une bouteille de vin spumante, une bouteille d'eau minérale plate et une bouteille d'eau minérale subtilement gazeuse.

L'absence de chaîne de télé en français, alors que le panel des chaînes dans les autres langues était impressionnant...

Mooi gelegen met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Zeer net en recent appartement, goede en vriendelijke communicatie. Er worden nuttige tips gegeven zoals supermarkten, restaurants, waar boot te nemen voor bezoek aan de eilanden ed. Wasmachine, droogkast en zwembad zijn gemeenschappelijk met de andere huurders. Borg werd snel teruggestort.

Klein minpunt: spijtig dat er in de keuken geen ruimte naast de afwasbak is om de afgewassen spullen te zetten. Sommige keukenspullen dienen immers met de hand afgewassen te worden. Naast de afwasbak is direct het vuur. Er is wel een afwasmachine.

Hervorragender Ausblick auf den See, die Berge und die Inseln, sehr gepflegte Grünanlage, sauberer Pool mit Seeblick und Solar-Warmwasser-Dusche, sehr saubere Wohnung. Der Ort Baveno ist sehr gepflegt, die schmalen alten Gassen und die Lokale am Seeufer sind richtig nett.

Der Lärm von der unmittelbar hinter dem Haus vorbeiführenden Straße SP40, die in die weiter oben gelegenen Ortsteile und Orte führt.

Sehr sauberes modernes Apartment mit spektakulärem Ausblick

Wir hatten das Apartment Star im 2. Stockwerk gebucht. Die komplett überdachte Terrasse bot uns einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, die Küchenzeile war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben prima geschlafen und im sauberen Pool sehr gut entspannen können. Die Gartenanlage kann auch genutzt werden, sie ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Wir können The View absolut empfehlen und würden auch jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Prima appartement met mooi uitzicht

De accomodatie is nog redelijk nieuw en heeft fantastisch uitzicht over het meer. Je bent in 10 minuutjes in Baveno, ook al is het een hellende weg. Je kan gratis gebruik maken van de wasmachine, wat ook wel nodig is omdat je geen nieuwe handdoeken krijgt. De bedden waren ook fijn.

Helaas waren er ook een paar dingen die tegenvielen. Wij hadden appartement Wind aan de zijkant op de 1ste verdieping. We zaten erg dicht op de buren die aan het verbouwen waren en daar hebben we elke dag wel last van gehad. De foto’s die op de website staan van de eigenaar komen ook niet allemaal overeen met de realiteit. Het is best een klein appartement voor 4 volwassenen. Ook heeft een slaapkamer een hele kleine kast zonder hanggedeelte en de badkamer en de aparte wastafel zijn maar bekrompen. Dit geldt helaas ook voor de keuken, waar je weinig werkplek hebt tijdens het koken. Het is een design appartement, maar praktisch is het dus niet altijd. Daarnaast hadden wij de gehele periode van 9 dagen last van rare geluiden uit de boiler, de gehele dag en nacht. Dit hebben wij gemeld bij de host, maar hier is niks aan gedaan… Ook hadden wij het wel fijn gevonden om te weten dat het er stikt van de muggen, onze dochter die een muggenallergie heeft kon daardoor niet buiten komen of aan het zwembad liggen. Wat ons het meeste tegenviel was het kleine balkon.. het was zelfs kleiner dan het balkon van het 2-persoons appartement naast ons. Het is erg vreemd opgebouwd en je hebt heel weinig privacy. Er staan wel ijzeren schotten tussen, maar dan voelt het meer als een gevangenis. Ook hadden onze buren een raam van hun slaapkamer wat uitkeek op ons balkon en wij konden dus ook hun slaapkamer inkijken, dit vonden wij erg vreemd. Helaas is het hele gebouw ook EXTREEM gehorig, we waren blij dat we in het laagseizoen waren en dat veel appartementen leeg waren, want je kon letterlijk horen wat er in het appartement boven je gezegd werd. Ook het geschuif van stoelen boven ons heeft ons vaak wakker gehouden.

Schöne Anlage in wunderbarer Lage - Der Name ist Programm

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im The View und hatten erneut das Garden Appartement gemietet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie schon im Vorjahr sehr gut und die gesamte Anlage macht einen überaus gepflegten und guten Eindruck. Gutes, schnelles WLAN. Die Anlage hat eine angenehme Lage und bietet einen unfassbar schönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und -Ausstattung ist gut durchdacht und bietet alles, was man als 4köpfige Familie für ein paar Tage benötigt.

Alles in allem sehr schön, es gibt nichts wirklich essentielles zu beanstanden. Wir hatten zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes ein kleines Ameisenproblem in der Wohnung, welches wir aber schnell selber lösen konnten, ohne dass es hier großer Anstrengungen durch die Vermieter bedurfte.
