A very nice apartment with fantastic views and friendly hosts.

The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. It had ample rooms, a fantastic terrace and breathtaking views over the Laggo Maggiore and the Borromean islands. The hosts were very friendly and had left in the apartment many useful details for travelers with short stays (ours was for three nights). We enjoyed the stay very much.

Exceptional

Apartment is very nice and clean. There is everything you may need for few days or even weeks long stay - kitchen utensils, tableware, salt, pepper, olive oil, dishwasher supplies, etc. View from apartment is fantastic, and you can also enjoy it from balcony. Heating system in the house is very efficient and you can set desired temperature easily from central controller. Old town of Baveno, train station, and boat stop is 5-10 minutes walk away, and at about same distance in other direction you can find hiking trails to the mountains. From Baveno you can easily get to Borromean Islands and other towns across Lago Maggiore. For us it was perfect base for exploring the lake and its surroundings. The host, Catja, was very helpful and accommodating, and check-in/checkout process was very easy and convenient.

L'appartement est très bien , fonctionnel avec une vue superbe. Il est bien équipé et l'emplacement est top avec une place de parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Catja fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe merveilleusement bien .

Sehr schöne Tage am Lago Maggiore in einer traumhaften Wohnung.

Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung hat uns der grandiose Ausblick über den Lago Maggiore total geflashed! Es erwartete uns eine super tolle Wohnung mit sehr ansprechendem Interieur und Top-Ausstattung! Die Wohnung ist hell, picobello sauber, großzügig geschnitten mit viel Stauraum und sehr guten Betten, hochwertigen, reichlich vorhandenen, Handtüchern sowie perfekter Küchenausstattung. Ein Highlight ist der umliegende, von allen Zimmern zugängliche, Balkon. Angenehm überrascht waren wir über die bereitgestellten gekühlten Getränke, die uns, in Anbetracht der Temperaturen, sehr willkommen waren. Catja ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, immer sofort erreichbar, die uns u.a. mit ihren Empfehlungen zu besonderen Restaurantbesuchen verhalf. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt und werden auch wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf den See.

Hervorzuheben ist die sehr schöne Lage (ca. 80 bis 100 m über dem See und ca. 500-600 m vom See entfernt) mit dem traumhaften Blick auf den See und die Berge im Hinterland. Die Wohnung hatte an 3 Seiten großzügige Balkone mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Tapps war vorhanden und auch der Kaffee und Espresso-Tapps waren ausreichend zugegen.

Im Hochsommer könnte es sehr warm werden, da die Wohnung im 2. OG ist und keine Klimaanlage hat. Die Schlafzimmer sollten dieses für den Preis dieses haben.

Tout est parfait : l’emplacement géographique, l’appartement très spacieux, très lumineux, l’équipement où tout a été pensé pour un séjour très agréable, Nous sommes allés à la rencontre des propriétaires qui sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils! (Merci à eux). Nous reviendrons c’est certain et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés.

Piękne miejsce, zarówno do podziwiania widoków z tarasów jak i do wypadów na pobliskie szlaki turystyczne. Spokojna okolica do codziennego porannego biegania.
